Abstract: An animal harness and compatible animal clothing are disclosed. The harness has a special construction which allows a part of it to be separated and connected to animal clothing with compatible fasteners. The fasteners which connect the harness to the clothing are fastened to inner layers of the clothing, effectively providing the aesthetic benefits of clothing with the functional benefits of a harness. There are straps of strong material integrated with the animal clothing, so that connection of the part of the animal harness to the animal clothing forms an integrated harness within the animal clothing.

Abstract: Disclosed is a buckle for an animal collar and/or leash that is easy to open and close, but at the same time does not open without user intervention. Illustratively, the inventive apparatus comprises a buckle that includes a first clasp member and a second clasp member that form a clasp. Pressure is applied and maintained at the second clasp member to transition the clasp from a closed position to an open position, wherein the second clasp member rotates around a hinge. As the buckle is easy to open and close, the user can conveniently attach the collar or leash to the animal and remove the collar or leash from the animal when it is no longer needed, thus preventing irritation of the animal and build-up of dirt and/or odors. The single-handed operation allows the user to attach and remove the collar or leash efficiently and with minimal effort.

The article of clothing has a plurality of leggings sized to cover a portion of the animal's legs, either two or four of the legs. Internal to the leggings are one or more straps that may be utilized to secure, via a fastener system, the leggings in a rolled up arrangement. By utilizing the adjustable leggings, appropriate levels of warmth and comfort may be provided for the animal.

The device is a patch injected with ink that transforms in response to a change in the predetermined condition, such as, a change in temperature or change in the ultraviolet (UV) index level. The ink includes thermochromic ink that transforms or identifiably changes based on a change in a temperature condition, and/or photochromic ink that transforms or identifiably changes based on a change in an UV index level condition. When temperature increases or decreases to reach one or more threshold temperature values, the thermochromic ink transforms in an identifiable manner to indicate a condition has be met. When the UV index level increase or decrease to reach one or more threshold UV index levels, the photochromic ink transforms in an identifiable manner to indicate that a condition has be met.

As the waste bag dispenser is integrated with an article of clothing it provides an easy carrying mechanism for animal waste bags.
