  • Patent number: 11805843
Abstract: An athletic footwear with improved midsole that is having a helical network. The helical network can morph itself under compressive force. The helical network is made from units of an hourglass shape geometry, each unit having an upper member and a lower member. Each unit is of a wireframe geometry that is integrated with adjacent units to form a networked layer. When an external pressure is applied to the networked layer, such as when the feet wearing the footwear land on a ground, the wireframe legs in the upper member and lower member twists for providing cushioning and resiliency.

  • Patent number: 6430738
Abstract: A method and system for permitting reversible installation of software applications in a data processing system which includes a processor, memory containing a first version of a selected software application and a storage system for receiving a removable storage medium. A removable storage medium which includes at least one alternate version of a selected software application is inserted into the storage system and a user is then prompted to select an alternate version of the selected software application for installation within the data processing system. The existing version of the selected software application within the data processing system is then automatically copied from memory to the removable storage medium prior to initiation of installation of the alternate version of the selected software application in response to a selection of the alternate version, such that the installation may be selectively reversed.

  • Patent number: 5152711
Abstract: A magnetic toy is disclosed which uses two magnetic structures and a magnetic platform plate to allow the toy user to create a wide variety of designs from magnetic particles. The two magnetic structures are arranged so that the same magnetic polarity for each structure is adjacent to the platform plate. This feature allows the magnetic particles to be formed in either bridging designs or divergent, stand-alone designs.

  • Patent number: 4021640
Abstract: An insulated glove construction having a strip of mesh-like insulation material extending over the front, back and tip portions of each of the fingers and of the thumb of the glove and positioned between outer and inner linings making up the glove body. Heating means may be provided to warm the tips of the front of the fingers and the tip of the front of the thumb of the glove. Battery means may be carried in the glove body to provide a source of energy for the heating means.

  • Patent number: 4005532
Abstract: An insulated insole construction comprising a layer of plastic mesh material shaped such that when inserted in a shoe, it will have a portion extending over the inner sole of the shoe. A portion of the insole may be bent to form a toe cap to encircle the inner toe area of the shoe and the insole may have an additional portion engaging the inner sides of the shoe in the heel and arch area. The plastic mesh material comprises two spaced mesh-like plastic fabrics separated by a plastic separating material, all of which are encased within plastic films to form a non-collapsible chamber between the plastic films.
