  • Patent number: 11959418
Abstract: An impeller (230) for a planet carrier of a planetary gear speed reducer of a turbomachine, is configured intended to be rotatably secured to the planet carrier and to be rotated about an axis A of the speed reducer. The impeller has an annular shape about the axis and includes lubrication means (43, 45, 238), in particular for lubricating bearings of planet gears of the speed reducer. The lubrication means include an annular cavity (238) situated at the inner periphery of the impeller. The impeller includes an inner peripheral wall (246) closing the cavity (238) in the radial direction, and the impeller includes an annular port (248) that extends around the axis and that opens in the axial direction into the cavity in order to supply it with lubricating oil.

  • Patent number: 11311941
Abstract: Methods for making a plurality of microparticles from a reaction solution that includes an organic acid in a solvent are provided. The method may include adding a chromium salt and a palladium salt to the reaction solution; bringing the reaction solution to a reaction temperature of 0° C. to 150° C. to form palladium cations and chromium cations within the reaction solution such that the palladium cations and chromium cations combine to form the plurality of microparticles that precipitate from the reaction solution; and collecting the microparticles from the reaction mixture. The plurality of microparticles comprises a palladium-chromium alloy. The palladium-chromium alloy may comprise chromium in a weight percentage of 1% to 20% of the total weight of the palladium-chromium alloy.

  • Patent number: 10942367
Abstract: A method of manufacturing spectacle arms includes grooving an inner face of a first cover plate to form grooves and providing a gauge with longilineal inserts. Front and rear bridges join front and rear ends of the longilineal inserts and provide front and rear indexing. The gauge is set on the inner face of the first cover plate such that the longilineal inserts are disposed in the grooves and a second cover plate is pressed and bonded on the inner face of the first plate such that the longilineal inserts are inserted between the first and second cover plates. The plates are cut around the longilineal inserts with a cutting tool after the cutting tool is positioned and held in place using corresponding front and rear tool indexing.
