Abstract: A method of generating an IC layout diagram includes receiving an IC layout diagram including a gate region and a gate via, the gate via being positioned at a location within an active region and along a width of the gate region extending across the active region, receiving a first gate resistance value of the gate region, retrieving a second gate resistance value from a resistance value reference based on the location and the width, using the first and second resistance values to determine that the IC layout diagram does not comply with a design specification, and based on the non-compliance with the design specification, modifying the IC layout diagram.

Abstract: A plurality of holes are formed extending vertically in a first dielectric deck that includes interleaved a plurality of first sacrificial layers and a plurality of first dielectric layers over a substrate. A plurality of sacrificial structures are formed in the holes. A second dielectric deck is formed having interleaved a plurality of second sacrificial layers and a plurality of second dielectric layers over the first dielectric deck. A slit opening is formed extending in the second dielectric deck, the slit opening aligned with and over the sacrificial source contact structures. The sacrificial structures are removed through the slit openings such that the slit opening is in contact with the holes to form a slit structure. A plurality of conductor layers are formed in the first and second dielectric decks through the slit structure, forming a memory stack. A source contact structure is formed in the slit structure.

Abstract: A shear testing system and method of thermo-seepage-mechanical field and engineering disturbance coupling under deep and complex condition are provided. The shear testing system can be used in conjunction with an axial pressure application device to simplify the structure, save costs, and facilitate a triaxial confining pressure—temperature—axial pressure—torsional shear coupled test on a rock specimen. The shear testing system can achieve the following three purposes. First, the shear testing system can convert an axial pressure into a torsional shear force through a transmission mechanism of a power conversion assembly. Second, the shear testing system can apply an axial pressure to the rock specimen fixed between two specimen fixing heads, through a pressure shaft of an axial pressure mechanism. Third, the shear testing system can apply a triaxial confining pressure and a temperature field to the rock specimen.

Abstract: Provided herein are encoded microcarriers for analyte detection in multiplex assays. The microcarriers are encoded with an analog code for identification and comprise a capture agent for analyte detection and a substantially transparent magnetic polymer. The analog code is generated by a two-dimensional shape of a substantially non-transparent layer. Also provided are methods of making the encoded microcarriers disclosed herein. Further provided are methods and kits for conducting a multiplex assay using the microcarriers described herein.

Abstract: The present application discloses a deep learning method and system for spectrum sharing of partially overlapping channels. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a received user transmission request, inputting, by a base station, channel state information CSI of a plurality of historical time slices into a trained channel prediction convolutional neural network model and outputting predicted channel state information CSI of a next time slice; and inputting the channel state information CSI of the next time slice into a reinforcement learning model and obtaining a channel allocation strategy of each user equipment in a collision domain of the base station so as to realize a maximum throughput of simultaneous communication of each user equipment, wherein the reinforcement learning model is obtained by training by taking bandwidth efficiency performance as a reward. The present application is high in universality, bandwidth utilization rate and throughput for communication networks.

Abstract: An asparagine-linked glycan (N-glycan) detection reagent is provided that utilizes Fbs variants engineered from mouse Fbs proteins, wherein the Fbs variants bind specifically to N-glycosylated peptides and proteins and not to non-glycosylated peptides and proteins, including wherein the Fbs variants bind to N-glycosylated peptides and proteins and not to corresponding non-glycosylated versions of the same peptides and proteins.
