  • Patent number: 10118736
Abstract: A sack is formed by first transverse sealing seams from a foil tube, and is provided with at least a first vent channel, which runs largely parallel to the axis of the film tube, and whose inner film layer has first vent openings for venting of the sack interior into the first vent channel. A second vent channel is provided, which is connected to the first vent channel by second vent openings, and which, in turn, has third vent openings, which vent the at least one second vent channel.

  • Patent number: 8087215
Abstract: A forming, filling and sealing machine for producing bags from semifinished products, and for filling and closing the bags, includes a plurality of processing stations. At least two processing stations of at least one first group are successively, largely linearly, arranged in the horizontal plane (x, z) in the transport direction (z) of the bags. The bags or semifinished products are transported between the processing stations by transport devices which generally include gripping devices. The machine also includes at least one second group having at least one processing station that is not linearly arranged behind the first group in the horizontal plane (x, z) in the processing direction (z) of the bags.

  • Publication number: 20090308028
Abstract: (EN) The invention relates to a forming, filling and sealing machine (2) for producing bags (1) from semifinished products (5) and for filling and closing the same, said machines comprising a plurality of processing stations (4, 7, 9, 12). At least two processing stations (4, 7, 9, 12) of at least one first group (3) are successively, largely linearly, arranged in the horizontal plane (x, z) in the transport direction (z) of the bags (1). The bags (1) or semifinished products (5) can be transported between the processing stations (4, 7, 9, 12) by transport means which generally comprise grip means (10, 11, 21, 22). The invention is characterised in that at least one second group (20) of at least one processing station is not linearly arranged behind the first group (3) in the horizontal plane (x, z) in the processing direction (z) of the bags (1).

  • Publication number: 20090052813
Abstract: The invention describes a sack (220) which (220) is formed by first transverse sealing seams (110, 150) from a foil tube (101), and which (101) is provided with at least a first vent channel (20), which runs largely parallel to the axis of the film tube (101), and whose inner (40) film layer has first vent openings for venting of the sack interior (210) into the first vent channel (20). It is characteristic that at least a second vent channel (140) is provided, which is connected to the first vent channel (140) by second vent openings (90, 100, 200), and which, in turn, has third vent openings (120), which vent the at least one second vent channel (140).
