Abstract: A bed skeleton of an iron frame bed comprises a rectangular frame, a plurality of frame rods, and two or three longitudinal beams. The rectangular frame comprises two transverse rods and two longitudinal rods. A length of each of the two transverse rods is greater than a length of each of the two longitudinal rods. The two or three longitudinal beams divide the rectangular frame into three or four individual cells. The plurality of frame rods are evenly disposed in the three or four individual cells. Each of the plurality of frame rods is arranged transversely. A length of each of the plurality of frame rods is shorter than a length of each of the two or three longitudinal beams, and each end of each of the plurality of frame rods is connected to one of the two longitudinal rods or one of the two or three longitudinal beams.

Abstract: An assembly structure for a bed column and a lateral bed rod is provided. The bed column is arranged vertically and comprises an upper column and a lower column. The lower column comprises a joint section. The upper column is sleeved on the joint section and is stopped at a positioning step formed at a bottom end of the joint section. The lateral bed rod is horizontally, laterally arranged. The lateral bed rod is connected with a locking piece adjacent to a side of the positioning step and abutting the upper column and the lower column. A first portion of the locking piece is locked with an upper bolt enabling the locking piece, the upper column, and the joint section to be locked together. A second portion of the locking piece is locked with a lower bolt enabling the locking piece and the lower column to be locked together.

Abstract: A dual-purpose folding table comprises a table board and two supporting frames. An upper portion of an outer leg pipe is pivotally connected to a rear portion of a side of the table board. A front portion of a bottom surface of the table board comprises a blocking portion corresponding to an inner leg pipe. The two supporting frames comprise a hook structure. The outer leg pipe is sleeved with a sliding sleeve located above a rotation point of the inner leg pipe and the outer leg pipe. A supporting rod is connected between a middle portion of the side of the table board and the sliding sleeve. Two ends of the supporting rod are pivotally connected to the sliding sleeve and the table board. The sliding sleeve is disposed with a locking member for locking the sliding sleeve to the outer leg pipe.

The single-layer plastic composite board is a two-piece single-layer plastic composite board comprising a single-layer plastic sheet (11; 21) and a stiffener (22; 32), wherein the single-layer plastic sheet (11; 21) has a main body portion (111; 211) and a peripheral portion located around the main body portion; the peripheral portion bends towards the back of the main body portion in a direction perpendicular to the main body portion to form a bent portion (112; 212); and the stiffener (22; 32) is engaged with and fixed to the bent portion (112; 212) of the single-layer plastic sheet (11; 21). The single-layer plastic composite board has advantages such as a simple structure, small thickness, light weight, high strength, low cost and ease of manufacturing, and can be widely used as a cabinet board, a box board, a table board, a drawer board, a seat board and a backrest of a chair, etc.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a furniture panel includes placing the frame on a top of a mold, the frame at an outer edge being formed with a protrusion; shaping the plastic blank sheet by vacuum forming such that the plastic blank sheet wraps the frame and the mold; demolding and trimming, so that the trimmed plastic blank sheet wraps the protrusion of the frame and the frame is embedded in the trimmed plastic blank sheet. The method is efficient, implementing the process of wrapping a frame within a plastic panel in a simple fashion, and the panel formed smooth in profile. The panel is resistant to deformation and has a prolonged service life.
