Patent number: 11449461Abstract: A method for receiving text files, each having data defined in various format types. The text files are received without a reference to a schema defining the text files. A description file for each of the text files describing one of the format types is received and the description file includes a separate file from a corresponding text file. Before processing the text file and absent receiving the schema, the method identifies a data structure of the description file, the data structure comprising one or more parameters and definitions of the various format types. Each of the text files is processed and during processing of each of the text files, dynamically generating, at run-time, one or more reader engines to read the data in the text files and dynamically extracting, at run-time, data based on the identified data structure. The method generates an output file with the extracted data.Type: GrantFiled: December 17, 2019Date of Patent: September 20, 2022Assignee: VISA INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSOCIATIONInventors: Zandro Luis Gonzalez, Nivetha Thiruverahan, Anurag Solanki, Ran Xu, Akon Dey

Patent number: 10990776Abstract: Methods and devices for biometric verification are disclosed. During registration or encoding, a first vector representing biometric features of a subject is generated. Machine-readable optical labels based on the first vector are then generated. During validation or decoding, physical characteristics representative of the subject are captured, the physical characteristic containing biometric features of the subject. The biometric features are identified in the captured physical characteristics. A second vector representing the identified biometric features is generated. The machine-readable optical label is read to decode the first vector. The first vector is compared with the second vector to compute a match probability.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 2017Date of Patent: April 27, 2021Assignee: VERIDAS DIGITAL AUTHENTICATION SOLUTIONS, S.L.Inventors: Eduardo Azanza Ladrón, Miguel Ángel Sánchez Yoldi, Francisco Julián Zamora Martínez, Jose Luis González De Suso Molinero
