The cable includes at least one insulated conductor core including an innermost insulating layer disposed around the outside of a conducting layer having carbon fiber or graphite fiber as a conductor core. The cable is a single core cable having a single insulated conductor core or a multi-core cable having multiple single insulated conductor cores.
