Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-readable program code executable by a processor to retrieve a customer data record including bill payment activity associated with a provider account for a customer of a financial institution; and define a geographical footprint for the customer. The geographical footprint may be defined by identifying a customer set including the customer from a plurality of customers of a provider of the provider account, having customer records indicating geographic proximity, and determining that a predetermined fraction of the customer set are associated with a common billing cycle for the provider. The computer-readable program code may be executable by the processor to send a bill payment alert for transmission to the customer via electronic communication or telephonic communication, when the bill payment activity meets a threshold condition, wherein the threshold condition is determined at least in part by the geographical footprint.

Computing a probability that the user is a permissioned user by inputting the first image data and the second image data into a machine learning model configured to compute the probability based on comparing the object password and the second image data. Tagging the user as the permissioned user or non-permissioned user based on the probability.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for the generation of a message to be sent to an intended recipient of a request for a communication session prior the initiation of the communication session. The system may monitor applications and associated devices to determine the initiation of the communication session. Based on such a determination, the system may generate a message to be presented to a communication initiating user and to be sent to an intended recipient of the communication session. The system may determine data for the message based on an analysis of the data associated with the communication initiating user, and the system may apply a machine learning model to generate draft messages for the user. Messages may be generated to authenticate a user with an intended recipient of the communication session.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments pertain to provisioning a virtual payment card for an authorized user in a browser. A primary cardholder can request the addition of an individual as an authorized user on the primary cardholder's account. Further information regarding the individual can be solicited and utilized to compute a risk score associated with adding the individual as an authorized user. Further processing of the request, including whether to terminate or continue, can be based on comparing the risk score to a predetermined threshold. If processing is continued, a virtual payment card linked to the primary cardholder account is generated. Next, the virtual card can be added as a payment method to a browser profile of the individual on a network-accessible computing resource. Subsequently, the authorized user can access the virtual card to make online shopping payments with a web browser personalized with the browser profile.

Abstract: Systems and methods for authentication may include an authentication server. The authentication server may include a processor and a memory. The processor may be configured to receive a cryptogram associated with a first near field communication data exchange format (NDEF) read. The processor may be configured to perform a first factor authentication of the cryptogram. The processor may be configured to receive a first data set, wherein the first data set is associated with a second NDEF read. The processor may be configured to extract metadata from the first data set. The processor may be configured to perform, after the first factor authentication, a second factor authentication based on the metadata. The processor may be configured to generate a message indicative of an outcome of the second factor authentication. The processor may be configured to transmit the message that instructs the processor to effectuate one or more actions.

Abstract: Various embodiments described herein are directed towards authenticating calls by using one or more keys associated with a specific user. In examples, the user is the sender of a call. In various embodiments, when a call is made, an identifying payload is encrypted using a private key associated with the user. The encrypted identifying payload is appended to the call data stream. The identifying payload may be decrypted with a public key. In embodiments, the identifying payload may be verified. In various embodiments, further authentication methods may be performed by using an object such as a contactless card to provide one or more components of the identifying payload and/or keys. In embodiments, a connection may be made between the sender and the intended recipient of a call based on the verification of the identifying payload.

Abstract: In order to provide improved matching of records between different sources, systems and methods include generating a data link between a stored interaction profile of the user and activity data records that identify activities performed by the user. Online interaction data associated with the user is received, including tracking data indicative of online interactions with content. The online interaction data is stored in the stored interaction profile associated with the user. An activity model is used to predict correlation parameters representing groupings of online interactions of the online interaction data with activities performed by the user, where the prediction is based on the tracking data and each activity in the interaction profile. The interaction profile is updated with the groupings and user activities are authenticated based on the interaction profile.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments pertain to automated bill sharing. An intent to pay a bill can be detected by detecting activation of a first payment application on a customer device near a point-of-sale device or by analyzing a customer conversation. A sharing model can be invoked to determine if the bill is to be shared with a party. The sharing model can be trained with a machine learning technique based on transaction history of the customer and party. A party device can be detected within proximity of the customer device to determine sharing or identify the party. A second payment application can be activated on the party device. The sharing model can be invoked to determine payment shares between the first and second payment applications. A shared payment can be completed to a point-of-sale device according to the payment shares, the first payment application, and the second payment application.

Abstract: Examples are described that enable a sales notification application executing on the mobile device to provide an indication of a better price for a product. In the examples, product information may be obtained from product purchase receipts uploaded by mobile devices executing an instance of a sales notification application. Similarities may be determined between the product information received from each product purchase of the plurality of product purchases. The product information from each of the uploaded receipts may be aggregated based on the determined similarity between the product information. A selected product and a location at which the selected product has been purchased previously may be received for comparison to the aggregated information in a product purchase database. A comparison result may be output to the sales notification application. A payment card may be enabled to purchase the selected product.

Abstract: In some implementations, a storage optimization system may receive a plurality of emails. Accordingly, the system may identify at least one email associated with a limited capacity in the plurality of emails. The system may further scan, from the at least one email, one or more hyperlinks to determine a website associated with the at least one email and an identifier associated with an event. The system may determine, using a database, a traversal path and at least one application programming interface (API) call associated with the website. Accordingly, the system may traverse the website using the traversal path and the at least one API using the identifier to determine that the limited capacity is filled. Abstract: A method includes displaying on a graphic user interface (GUI) of a computing device of a user, a log of computing operations performed by the user at computing terminals of entity servers respectively managed by entities. The user uses a unique authorization identifier provided by the authorizing entity to authorize the computing operations at the computing terminals of the entity servers. The user provides a fraud indication through the GUI that at least one computing operation in the log is fraudulent. Memory-jogging visual units are displayed on the GUI to the user that cause the user to recall performing the at least one computing operation identified as being fraudulent. An entry of the at least one computing operation in an operation database is marked as a valid operation authorized by the user when receiving a recognition indication and potentially fraudulent when no recognition indication by the user.

In an example embodiment, a user service may present a geographic map based on a MFA process, and receive an authentication attempt including a geographic indicator and interaction information. Further, the system may determine whether the authentication attempt was made by a human based at least in part on the interaction information, determine whether the geographic indicator matches an expected response, and send, to an electronic device, an authentication result indicating whether geographic information was determined to be selected by a human and the geographic indicator was determined to match the expected response.
