    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an improved structure of an electric connector. Each of terminals has a butt joint part and is vertically linked with a joint part, and each joint part has an arch-shaped necked-down section with two grooves , and other side of joint part is linked with a positioning section which has an accommodating cavity and a protruding body separately formed at two opposite side surfaces thereof and is linked with an extension arm by other side. The extension arm is linked with an insertion section in a vertical direction. The insulative base member is formed integrally to encapsulate terminals, butt joint parts can be suspended and extended in a docking chamber, and extension arms and soldering parts are respectively exposed out of the insulative base member, so the terminals can be tightly fastened in insulative base member and the endurability of the electric connector can be enhanced.

    Abstract: An electrical power connector preparation method including employing a cold drawing technique to draw a metal round rod into a thin thickness conducting contact bar, stamping the thin thickness conducting contact bar to form a mating contact portion and a mounting portion, attaching the thin thickness conducting contact bar to a contact material strip, cutting off the thin thickness conducting contact bar, repeating the aforesaid steps to obtain a large amount of metal contacts at the contact material strip and then shaping the metal contacts, removing the shaped metal contacts from the contact materials trip and electroplating the shaped metal contacts, and then using an insert molding technique to mold electrically insulative terminal blocks on metal contacts so as to obtain electrical power connectors directly, or assembling electrically insulative terminal block and the respective metal contacts with one respective electrically insulative housing to form a respective electrical power connector.

    Abstract: An electrical power connector fabrication method includes employing a cold drawing technique by using a series of dies to repeatedly draw a metal round rod into a thin thickness conducting contact bar, processing one end of the thin thickness conducting contact bar into a mating contact portion, stamping a part of the thin thickness conducting contact to form a mounting portion, cutting off the thin thickness conducting contact bar to obtain a finished metal contact formed of the mounting portion and the mating contact portion, repeating the aforesaid steps to obtain a large amount of metal contacts, attaching individual metal contacts to respective locating notches of a contact material strip, using an injection molding technique to mold electrically insulative housings on the metal contacts to form a number of electrical power connectors at a time, and then removing the contact material strip from the metal contacts.

    Abstract: A network communication connector fabrication method for making network communication connectors is performed by: employing a cold drawing technique to repeatedly draw a metal round rod into a thin thickness conducting contact bar, stamping one end of the thin thickness conducting contact bar into a mating contact portion, stamping the thin thickness conducting contact to form an interference portion and a bonding portion, cutting off the thin thickness conducting contact bar subject to a predetermined length, repeating the above steps to obtain multiple metal contacts, electroplating the metal contacts, setting the metal contacts in two contact material strips and inserting the metal contacts in a mold, and then using an injection molding technique to mold an electrically insulative terminal block on the interference portions of the metal contacts to form a semi-finished product for making a network communication connector.
