Abstract: A system for object recognition having an imaging device for capturing images of objects; a memory for storing captured images of objects; and a processor for performing object recognition to identify objects in the captured images and managing a database of identified objects in a user inventory. The system is configured to capture and store images, identify objects in the stored captured images, and cross-reference identified objects with a pre-stored library corresponding to a user inventory. The system may further cross-reference the user inventory with a project library to identify projects that a user may complete with the objects identified in their inventory, as well as projects that the user may complete if additional objects are added to their inventory. When identifying projects that may be completed with acquisition of additional objects, the system preferably identifies the additional objects needed for acquisition.

Abstract: New methods, systems and devices for the efficient activation of drone devices and scanning of objects for the processing of 3D image models are disclosed. These methods, systems and devices incorporate the use of unmanned aerial drones to scan and collect image data collectors, providing a convenient and efficient configuration for the scanning of objects, large immovable objects and living creatures. Further features according to the present disclosure include enhanced automation of the scanning process and easy activation of the scanning drone by initiating operation of the drone by a predetermined displacement of the drone.

Abstract: A digital phase acquisition circuit includes circuits for detecting an edge of incoming data and a plurality of candidate clock phases, the circuitry further including logic for determining when the data undergoes a predetermined phase transition and at least one candidate phase which undergoes a digitally equivalent transition close in time to the data transition so as to enable the candidate phase to be used for choosing an appropriate clock phase for recovering information representative of the data. The circuit further includes logic for comparing a frequency of the chosen clock pulse and the data and adjusting at least one of these frequencies when a predetermined amount of drift therebetween is detected. The invention allows clock to be recovered within 1 bit time of a predetermined data transition occurring and allows an appropriate clock to be maintained through an entire packet regardless of packet length.
