  • Patent number: 11988460
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of using an indirect heat exchanger comprising a plurality of heat exchange modules arranged in a rectangular grid. Each heat exchange module comprises a plurality of first and second fluid flow channels extending in a first and second direction. The indirect heat exchanger comprises first and second manifolds fluidly connecting the first and second fluid flow channels of one heat exchange module with the first and second fluid flow channels of adjacent heat exchange modules thereby forming one or more first fluid paths. The invention also relates to a facility for processing liquefied natural gas including at least one indirect heat exchanger as described above.

  • Publication number: 20160143307
Abstract: A first aspect of the present invention relates to a method for the preparation of dairy gels from a dairy composition by means of a high isostatic pressure treatment. A second aspect of the present invention further relates to dairy gels obtainable by such method and a third aspect of the present invention relates to the use of such gels in food products.

  • Patent number: 8270551
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method of synchronising a device for receiving scrambled data, using at least one periodic scrambling sequence which is divided into K time intervals, each interval comprising N bit periods known as symbols. In particular, one such method includes calculating a synchronisation value of at least one polynomial that generates the aforementioned scrambling sequence within a pre-determined synchronisation time interval and synchronisation bit period. During the calculation step, the sequence is progressed through at increments of at least one time interval and at least one bit period, using a matrix calculation of the synchronisation value.
