  • Publication number: 20160019265
Abstract: Techniques are described for generating automated advice with respect to consolidating a plurality of sources. In an embodiment, a set of one or more parameters relating to a proposed consolidation for a plurality of consolidation sources is received. In response to receiving the set of one or more parameters, a set of one or more recommendations for consolidating the plurality of consolidation sources is generated and stored on at least one of a volatile or non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. In some embodiments, the set of one or more recommendations may indicate how to improve a performance associated with consolidating the plurality of sources to a set of one or more destinations based on a particular consolidation scenario. The set of one or more recommendations may be displayed during consolidation planning for the plurality of consolidation sources.

  • Publication number: 20150341420
Abstract: In some embodiments, a publication system comprises at least one module which provides, at a publication platform accessible by users via a network, a posting portal to receive entry of data relating to an item or commentary for posting on the publication system. The posting portal includes an interface having a first user interface element to receive the item data or commentary from a user for inclusion in a posting. The module also provides an upload application associated with the interface of the posting portal. The upload application includes a second user interface element to receive from the user, via the second user interface element, a media file for inclusion in the posting. The module also automatically commences transmission of the media file over the network, for inclusion in the posting, in response to a detection that the user has moved away from the first user interface element or moved to the second user interface element.

  • Publication number: 20140310088
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a computer-implemented method for reducing funding burden on a credit issuer by offering an early payment rewards program to qualified card holders. The method may include identifying card holders having a payment history illustrating payment of an entire credit balance each month, determining whether each of the identified card holders generates an account-related fee total not exceeding a pre-selected threshold, and selecting the card holders having a history of payment of the entire credit balance each month and generating account-related fees not exceeding the pre-selected threshold. The method may further include offering the early payment rewards program to the selected card holders, wherein upon enrollment in the early payment rewards program the selected card holders receive rewards for early payment behavior.
