When the connection board connects the first detection board, the first signal contact area is electrically connected to the first contact area. When the connection board connects the second detection board, the second signal contact area is electrically connected to the second contact area.

Abstract: An automated laser-assisted display positioning system includes a data storage medium for storing a database that contains a plurality of sets of coordinate data, each of which corresponds to outer configuration of a respective distinct display device model. A control module is coupled to the data storage medium, and is operable to retrieve one of the sets of coordinate data from the database with reference to an input condition. A light source module includes a first laser light source for forming a first reference line on a station of a display production line, and a second laser light source for forming a second reference line on the station. The light source module is controlled by the control module such that the first and second reference lines have spatial positions on the station that correspond to the retrieved set of coordinate data.

Abstract: A system for testing a flat panel display device includes a support plate and an electrical connector set. The support plate includes a plate body having a through hole, and is adapted to support the display device thereon such that a screen of the display device faces an upper surface of the plate body. The electrical connector set is mounted on the support plate, and is adapted to connect electrically with the display device on the support plate so as to enable activation of the display device to radiate light from the screen of the display device through the through hole. One of a light-directing component and an image-capturing unit is disposed under and is spaced apart from the support plate, to receive the light from the display device that passes through the through hole.
