  • Publication number: 20120031132
Abstract: A generator (40) and an engine (41) for driving the generator (40) are provided. In addition, an inverter section (70) for converting power output from the generator (40) and outputting the power and an electric compressor (22) driven by the power output from the inverter section (70) are provided. The generator (40), the engine (41), the inverter section (70), and the electric compressor (22) are accommodated in a casing unit (31). A cooling section (26, 40a, 90, 95) for cooling the inverter section (70) by air outside a compartment of a trailer (11) is provided.

  • Publication number: 20110148266
Abstract: A container refrigeration unit mounted on a container body (1a) includes a casing body (11) partitioning the container into the internal side and the external side thereof. A protruding portion (12) protruding toward the internal side is formed in a lower portion of the casing body (11), and the side stays (50) each extending vertically are mounted on both sides of the rear surface of the protruding portion (12). On the contrary, evaporator frames (40) each located above the protruding portion (12) and extending from the casing body (11) to a top end of the side stay (50) are mounted on both sides of an upper portion of a rear surface in the casing body (11). The bottom tip of the side frame (40) and the top end of the side stay (50) are fixed by a bolt.

  • Publication number: 20100205999
Abstract: Disclosed is a casing structure by which stiffness of a casing of a container refrigeration unit for cooling the interior of a container can be increased without affecting the arrangement, shape, and maintainability of devices accommodated in the casing. A container interior side of the external casing (12) which constitutes the casing (11) is provided with flanges (34) which extend vertically and which are located at both end portions of the external casing (12) along a dimension of the container width. Each of the flanges (34) has a rectangular cylindrical portion (34a) extending vertically along the external casing (12).

  • Publication number: 20100192620
Abstract: Disclosed is a structure in which part of an internal casing of a container refrigeration unit for cooling the container interior is reinforced, and which enables the internal casings to be produced more efficiently. A casing includes an external casing whose periphery is fixed to a container body to close an open end of the container body, and an internal casing which covers a container interior side of the external casing. The internal casing is formed by hot-pressing a material sheet as a resin material by a pair of mold halves, with the material sheet covering an entire press surface of one of the pair of mold halves and with a reinforcement sheet which is made of a glass fiber being layered at part of the material sheet.

  • Publication number: 20100072210
Abstract: A multi-layered panel wherein an interlayer material in a fluid state or in a solidified state transformed therefrom is provided between a pair of panels, comprises an internally-threaded member fitted in a through-hole formed in an outer one of the panels, and a cap capped on the internally-threaded member. The cap has a bottomed tubular-shaped body portion adapted to be brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the internally-threaded member while sealing a threaded hole of the internally-threaded member, and a panel-contact contributing portion supported by the body portion, and adapted to be, at least partly, closely contactable with the outer panel.
