  • Publication number: 20240075807
Abstract: A fuel-tank control valve includes: casing; main float; plate with upper surface that constitutes bottom portion of casing, and that includes first gas-storage chamber formed of plate and peripheral wall portion that is provided upright from rim of upper surface to lower side; sub float arranged above the plate; second gas-storage chamber formed of a part including gas supply hole of first gas-storage chamber among parts of upper surface, and partition-wall portion which is away from peripheral wall portion, and that is provided in first gas-storage chamber; and clearance which is formed between casing and peripheral wall portion, and through which fuel in fuel tank can flow in, second gas-storage chamber and clearance being provided for sub float. Upper surface includes protruding seating portion that forms inflow space through which gas through gas supply hole can flow in under state in which sub float is seated on protruding seating portion.

  • Patent number: 8382195
Abstract: A vehicle body forward portion structure is provided that can ensure necessary strength and reduce the weight of a front pillar portion. In vehicle body forward portion structure, front pillar lower is formed in an overall open cross section shape that opens inward in a vehicle width direction as seen in plan sectional view as a result of front pillar outer portion being joined to pillar reinforcement lower formed from high-tensile steel plate.

  • Patent number: 7234845
Abstract: A reflector used in an electronic flash device that collectively emits direct light emitted from a light source and reflected light that has been reflected by a reflective surface onto a subject, and an electronic flash device that uses such reflector. The reflector includes a pair of first reflective surfaces that are composed of portions of a cylindrical curved surface and face one another, and a second reflective surface that is contiguous with the pair of first reflective surfaces and inside which a xenon lamp is housed. Contiguous portions where the pair of first reflective surfaces and the second reflective surface are contiguous are set closer to the opening of the pair of first reflective surfaces than a center of the xenon lamp. With this construction, by it is possible to maintain a predetermined optical performance while making the electronic flash device smaller and slimmer.

Abstract: A reflector used in an electronic flash device that collectively emits direct light emitted from a light source and reflected light that has been reflected by a reflective surface onto a subject, and an electronic flash device that uses such reflector. The reflector for an electronic flash device includes a pair of first reflective surfaces 24, 25 that are composed of portions of a cylindrical curved surface and face one another and a second reflective surface 26 that is contiguous with the pair of first reflective surfaces 24, 25 and inside which a xenon lamp 12 is housed. Contiguous portions B1, B2 where the pair of first reflective surfaces 24, 25 and the second reflective surface 26 are contiguous are set closer to the opening 13a of the pair of first reflective surfaces 24, 25 than a center O of the xenon lamp 12 that is the light source.
