  • Publication number: 20240149393
Abstract: A processing apparatus includes a rotatable turntable and four chuck tables disposed on the turntable. When the turntable with the four chuck tables disposed thereon is intermittently turned about its central axis, the wafer held on each of the chuck tables is moved to and positioned in a first processing position, a second processing position, and a third processing position where the wafer is processed. Three types of processing processes are able to be carried out on the wafers without the wafers being spaced from holding surfaces of the chuck tables.

  • Patent number: 9390946
Abstract: A cleaning apparatus including a holding table for holding a plate-shaped workpiece, a cleaning nozzle for spraying a cleaning fluid to the plate-shaped workpiece, and a table cover for covering a circumference of the holding table. The table cover includes a top plate for covering an upper side of the holding table and a side plate for covering the circumference of the holding table. The table cover is provided with a netlike mesh sheet spaced from a lower surface of the top plate and another netlike mesh sheet spaced from an inner surface of the side plate.

  • Publication number: 20110303125
Abstract: A load port, which can selectively place wafer carriers differing in size on a table and can map wafers differing in size stored in the wafer carriers, and an adaptor, which can indirectly attach a wafer carrier on the table, are provided. A load port (100) includes a movable table (110) movably provided on the table (101), a module (161) for determining a carrier, and a module (162) for mapping a wafer. A wafer carrier (200) storing wafers (200A) is indirectly seated on the movable table via an adaptor (10), or a wafer carrier (300) storing wafers (300A) is directly seated on the movable table. The module (161) detects which of the wafer carriers is seated on the movable table and outputs a detection signal in response to the wafer carriers. The module (162) conducts mapping for the wafers, receiving the detection signal sent from the module (161).

  • Patent number: 4125892
Abstract: In a data processing system comprising a plurality of systems each including a plurality of console type typewriters for establishing communications pertaining to data processing operations between an operator and the system, the communication information which is entered into and derived from a central processing unit in each system by the console type typewriter is stored in a character buffer unit corresponding to the console type typewriter in a monitor transfer control unit, and a buffer scanning unit scans the character buffers to transfer the contents therein into a statistical analyzer or processing unit so that communication information may be automatically analyzed and summarized to obtain the data per day or month required for determining whether or not the data processing system has been effectively operated.
