  • Patent number: 11571197
Abstract: An in-tube transit object that is inserted in a tube includes: a coil section formed by winding a wire; and a fiber section attached to an end on one side and an end on the other side in a winding-axis direction of the coil section. The coil section is formed with a large diameter section, through which fiber of the fiber section is inserted, at the end on the one side and the end on the other side, and is inserted in an extending state in the winding-axis direction when the in-tube transit object is inserted into the tube. The fiber section is configured to expand when seen in the winding-axis direction in the case where the in-tube transit object is inserted in the tube and then discharged from the tube, which brings the coil section into a compressed state in the winding-axis direction.

  • Patent number: 7352828
Abstract: The present invention provides a receiving apparatus and method in which frequency of calculation such as weighting multiplication and memory capacity of a frame buffer can be reduced. To this end, reference phase information and data are separated by a reference phase inverse spreading unit (106) and a data portion inverse spreading unit (107), respectively. A weighting coefficient calculating unit (115) calculates weighting coefficients based on SNR values as transmission line information from an SNR calculating unit (114) and sends calculated weighting coefficients to a multiplier (109), where phase correction values based on the reference phase information are multiplied by the weighting coefficients to be correction coefficients.

  • Patent number: 7336929
Abstract: A portable terminal monitors a signal level of a short-range wireless signal from a wireless communication apparatus. If the signal level drops so low that a state of connection for short-range wireless communications cannot be maintained between the two apparatuses, use of predetermined functions of the portable terminal is limited. A short-range wireless communication facility of the portable terminal and the wireless communication apparatus move into a particular operation mode if communications do not occur therebetween at least for a predetermined time period. In monitoring the signal level of the wireless signal from the wireless communication apparatus in the particular operation mode, the portable terminal reduces a response speed at which to detect a signal level change.
