  • Publication number: 20230330538
Abstract: An exemplary information processing apparatus determines whether or not first operation is performed on the operating device, based on the operation data; displays a UI image in a first situation, and repeats display of a first gauge extending to the first length while the first operation is not performed in the first situation. Further, when the first operation is continuously performed in the first situation, a second gauge extending is displayed, and when the second gauge reaches the second length, first processing associated with the operation is performed.

  • Patent number: 8825750
Abstract: An application server management system which makes a plurality of virtual server instance sections representing an identical server operate by setting values different from each other is provided. Included are: a management apparatus having a difference extraction section that extracts a setting item which is different among pieces of virtual server instance section representing an identical server; and an application server having a setting information management section that identifies an object holding a current setting value of the setting item having difference, a duplicate object generation section that makes a duplicate object of a setting value holding object hold the setting value having difference, an object repository that correlates duplicate object reference information, the class of a setting value holding object and application information, and an object invoking intervention section.

  • Patent number: 5398649
Abstract: A number of embodiments of single overhead camshaft five valve per cylinder internal combustion engines. The camshaft and valve operating mechanism is designed so as to permit a compact assembly by placing the camshaft outwardly of the area between the valves. Both direct and rocker arm valve actuation embodiments are disclosed although in the direct valve operating arrangement, rocker arms are employed for operating some of the valves. The valve and bearing arrangement for the camshaft permits the cam lobes to be positioned closely adjacent each other to maintain compactness of the engine design. In all embodiments, a central spark plug position is accommodated and the spark plug extends generally parallel to the axis of the associated cylinder bore.

  • Patent number: 5359974
Abstract: Several embodiments of internal combustion engines having at least five valves, three intake and two exhaust, all operated by a single camshaft. The intake valves are disposed so as to provide a smooth combustion chamber configuration by minimizing the difference in-angle between the valves and the valves and rocker arms are arranged so that different degree of lift may be provided. All of the intake valves have the same stem length. One rocker arm operates one valve and another rocker arm operates two valves with the two valves being operated being differently configured so as to provide the desired different lift. In addition, a staged intake system is included that has a single intake passage that extends perpendicular to a plane containing the cylinder bore axis and serving one intake valve and a siamese intake passage serving the other intake valves. The siamese intake passage has a section that extends also perpendicularly to the plane.

  • Patent number: 5163390
Abstract: A single overhead cam multi-valve internal combustion engine wherein individual rocker arms operate each of at least three intake valves and two exhaust valves so as to permit adjustment in the lift and timing of the respective valves. A spark plug well is formed in the cylinder head between the exhaust valves to provide accessibility and maintain a compact assembly. Various bearing arrangements are disclosed for journaling the camshafts.

  • Patent number: 5081960
Abstract: A cylinder head cooling jacket arrangement for an internal combustion engine having a pair of adjacent exhaust ports that extend from the combustion chamber to exhaust port openings formed in the side of the cylinder head. A spark plug well is formed between the exhaust passages and thus provides a vertical wall that precludes the flow of coolant from between the exhaust passages to the opposite side of the cylinder head. Several embodiments of arrangements are provided for insuring a circulating flow of coolant through a cooling jacket formed between the passages and the spark plug well.
