  • Publication number: 20240126528
Abstract: Provided is a redundant system capable of executing a start request received during update of a microcomputer control program even when an external nonvolatile memory is employed in a redundant system in which one load is controlled by a plurality of control circuits having a redundant configuration, the redundant system being low in cost and excellent in responsiveness. In the redundant system that controls one load by a plurality of control systems having a redundant configuration, when an update program signal for the plurality of control systems is received, update of a control program for each of the plurality of control systems in a predetermined order is individually executed, and when a start request of the load is received during the execution of the update of a control program of one predetermined system, the load is controlled by a system other than the one predetermined system, and during the control, the update of the control program of the one predetermined system is continued.

  • Publication number: 20120162874
Abstract: A display device includes an outer case including a frame-shaped cabinet having receiving portions on the inner circumferential portion thereof such that a portion of the inner circumferential surface functions as a positioning surface; a display unit including a display portion in which a display is disposed and a holding base holding the display portion and where at least a portion of the outer circumferential portion of the holding base functions as a contact portion positioned further outside than the outermost circumferential surface of the display portion and the outermost circumferential surface of the display portion is formed as an aligning surface; and a pressing member that is disposed inside the outer case and positioned opposite to the display portion with the holding base therebetween.

  • Patent number: 7940517
Abstract: There is provided an electronic device including: a housing included in an exterior package; and a plate-like cover that is provided for one face of the housing and is movable between a close position and an open position. The one face includes an open/close face and a non-open/close. The open/close face is hidden by the cover at a close position of the cover and is exposed from the cover at an open position of the cover. The non-open/close face is exposed from the cover at the close position of the cover and is hidden by the cover at the open position of the cover. A support mechanism is provided to movably support the cover between the close position and the open position. The non-open/close face protrudes frontward from the face for a thickness of the cover in comparison with the open/close face.

  • Patent number: 6846102
Abstract: In an agitating machine, an axial direction of a drive roll is inclined to one side or another side with respect to an axial direction of a guide shaft which is rotated on its own axis, whereby a drive support machine casing and a driven support machine casing are moved to one end side or another end side of the guide shaft. When an arrival detecting apparatus detects that the drive support machine casing or the driven support machine casing has reached the one end side or the another end side of the guide shaft, a control apparatus drives a reversing motor so as to incline the axial direction of the drive roll to the another side or the one side. Since the arrival detecting apparatus, the reversing motor and the control apparatus are electrically driven, it is possible to securely incline the axial direction of the drive roll.

  • Patent number: 5287761
Abstract: A fine displacement device for establishing a measured micro displacement includes first and second plate members disposed in spaced relation to each other to define a gap therebetween with the plate members being secured to each other at opposed portions thereof. An internally threaded hole is formed through one plate member perpendicular thereto and an externally threaded screw is fastened in the hole with an end of the screw abutting against the other plate member. Upon turning the screw in one direction, the plate members will be deformed elastically in a direction perpendicular to the plate members and a distance between a plane of the first plate member and a deformed portion of the first plate member is used as a measure for establishing the micro displacement.

  • Patent number: 5078542
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus to prevent the entrance of aquatic species into the intake watercourse having a U-shaped cross section with a narrow bottom and a wide surface, in which oppositely facing electrodes are installed vertically along the side walls on both sides of the intake watercourse, and the distance between the upper ends of the electrodes is made greater than the distance between the lower ends of the electrodes, and a voltage is impressed between the both electrodes. Since the electric barrier intensity is smallest at the surface of water and becomes greater as it goes toward the bottom of water, the river fish moving around the bottom of water make a U-turn when they reach the strong electric barrier, or alternatively, after reaching the strong electric barrier, they move upward to where the electric barrier is weaker and then make a U-turn, thereby the entrance of aquatic species into the intake watercourse can be prevented.
