When seen from the opening, the detection electrode is disposed closer to the opening than the through hole.

The operation switch has a single holding operation knob that swings so as to have a front portion thereof pushed down or pulled up. The single holding operation knob is structured to allow a palm of a hand to be placed on an upper face thereof, and fingers of the hand other than a thumb to be placed on the front portion.
