  • Publication number: 20150186078
Abstract: A system is configured in which user information of a user requesting responsibility to be taken for a number of sheets and user information of a user requested to take responsibility for the number of sheets are stored in association with job information, and in the case where the job has been executed, the user information of the user requested to take responsibility for the number of sheets is referred to and that user takes responsibility for the number of sheets.

  • Publication number: 20150058798
Abstract: An image processing apparatus includes a determination unit configured to determine, if touch input has been performed on a first touch screen provided on a front surface of a display screen, whether a touch position at which the touch input has been performed is within a designated area on a displayed image displayed on the display screen wherein a datum of the designated area is a boundary position of the displayed image, a direction specifying unit configured to specify, if the touch position is a position within the designated area, a one-dimensional scaling direction based on the touch position, and an image processing unit configured to execute scaling processing on the displayed image toward the one-dimensional scaling direction if a user has performed a swipe operation toward the one-dimensional scaling direction, whereby the apparatus can receive a command for the one-dimensional scaling processing through a simple operation matching user's sense.

  • Patent number: 8949479
Abstract: An information processing apparatus (MFP) according to an aspect of this invention selects, from among memory channel groups composed of possible combinations of available memory channels in a wide IO memory device, a memory channel group with a number of memory channels that can maintain a necessary data transfer rate even if the operation frequency is reduced. At that time, the MFP evaluates the power consumption of the wide IO memory device in the case of using each memory channel group at the operation frequency and operation voltage corresponding to the number of memory channels in the memory channel group and to the transfer rate needed for job execution. As a result of evaluating power consumption, the MFP selects the memory channel group with the lowest power consumption and uses it for job execution.

  • Publication number: 20060136714
Abstract: Each of a client and a server has a pattern table. The client reads a public key from the pattern table to encrypt data. The client adds a pattern number corresponding to the public key used for encryption to the encrypted data, and transmits the encrypted data to the server. The server searches the pattern table based on the pattern number, to specify a combination of the public key and a secret key. The server decrypts the encrypted data based on the secret key to obtain original data.

  • Patent number: 6465563
Abstract: A coating composition particularly suitable for coating poly(phenylene oxide) comprises aqueous medium-dispersed particles of: A) between about 30 and about 35 wt %, of a first styrene-acrylic polymer formed of monomers, between about 50 and about 80 mole % of which monomers are styrene or substituted styrene monomers, between about 2 and about 15 mole percent of which monomers are acrylonitrile, and between about 18 and about 48 mole percent of which are acrylic monomers, said first styrene-acrylic polymer having an acid number of about 15 or below; B) between about 30 and 35 wt %, of an acrylic second polymer formed of monomers, at least about 90 mole percent of which monomers are acrylate monomers, balance other &agr;, &bgr;-ethylenically unsaturated monomers, said acrylic second polymer having an acid number between 0 and about 25; and C) between about 30 and about 40 wt % of an acrylic-urethane hybrid polymer.
