  • Patent number: 9153945
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a frame piece for a rack, comprising a hollow profile which extends along its longitudinal axis and is brought into its cylindrical profile shape by shaping a substantially flat starting material. The hollow profile on two opposite lateral edges, has a connecting zone for closing the hollow profile at least one tab-type projection being formed on at least one of the lateral edges, said projection extending away from the lateral edge of the hollow profile and being shaped such that it can be brought into engagement with at least one corresponding receptacle on the respective other lateral edge in a clamping or positive manner.

  • Patent number: 8944533
Abstract: A rack is presented including a plurality of at least first and second frame pieces adapted to be interconnected, wherein each frame extends along a longitudinal axis. The rack includes a corner connector arranged to interconnect at least the first frame piece and the second frame piece with the longitudinal axes of the first and second interconnected frame pieces arranged obliquely to one another. The rack includes at least first and second bracing units in which, for the purpose of connecting a plurality of frame pieces, the first bracing unit is capable of bracing the first frame piece against the corner connector arranged between the first and second frame pieces to be connected, and the second bracing unit is capable of bracing the second frame piece against the corner connector obliquely to the first frame piece. Each bracing unit includes at least one tensioning element and two force transmission members.

  • Publication number: 20130213908
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rack comprising a plurality of frame pieces adapted to be interconnected, constructed as a cylindrical hollow profile extending along a longitudinal axis, the longitudinal axes of two interconnected frame pieces being positioned obliquely in relation to each other; at least one bracing unit including at least one tensioning element, which extends substantially over the entire length of the first frame piece, and two force transmission members associated with the tensioning element, which force transmission members transmit a tensioning force of the tensioning element to the components of the rack, the tensioning force being effective in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the first frame piece to be braced, so that the tensioning force braces the first frame piece against the at least one second frame piece and/or against the at least one corner connector.

  • Patent number: 7148161
Abstract: A thermal camouflage tarpaulin for hiding heat sources against detection in a thermal image, comprising a base textile composed of a loop-formingly knitted or woven glass fabric is provided on the side which is remote from the heat source with a compound whose reflectance values are in the region of a visual camouflage and/or in the infrared region. Said base textile is provided on that side which faces the heat source with a free-standing polyester film to which has been applied a vapor-deposited coating which reflects thermal radiation.

  • Patent number: 5348789
Abstract: A camouflage net made from a flame-retardant material includes a support material of polyester fibers in a perforated structure, which is provided with a coating of a flame-retardant polymer, that in turn is coated with infrared camouflage paint. The support material is a knitted fabric of polyester fibers into which metal fibers are inserted.

  • Patent number: 4645704
Abstract: A reflecting flexible textile web is proposed comprising a textile support metal coated on at least one side and in the form of a woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric or thread ply sewn fabric, the threads or fibres of which are coated with possibly flame-retarding modified transparent plastic, in which high reflectivity is achieved for infrared radiation but at the same time translucence or light in the visible region in that the metal coating takes place substantially only in the region of the intersections of the threads or fibres while the regions of the textile support disposed between the intersections are substantially free from metal coating and thus permeable to light.
