  • Patent number: 7424201
Abstract: The preferred embodiments described herein provide a method for field-programming a solid-state memory device with a digital media file. In one preferred embodiment, a solid-state memory device is provided that comprises a memory array comprising a plurality of field-programmable memory cells. A digital media file is selected for storage in the memory device, and a digital media source field-programs the memory cells of the memory device with the selected digital media file. After the digital media file is stored in the memory device, the stored digital media file can be played using a digital playback device. In some embodiments, the memory array is a three-dimensional memory array, and the memory cells are write-once memory cells. Other preferred embodiments are provided, and each of the preferred embodiments described herein can be used alone or in combination with one another.

  • Patent number: 7413945
Abstract: A method of forming an active device is provided. The method includes performing a first patterning operation on a first plurality of layers. This first patterning operation defines a first feature of the active device. Then, a second patterning operation can be performed on at least one layer of the first plurality of layers. This second patterning operation defines a second feature of the active device. Of importance, the first and second patterning operations are performed substantially back-to-back, thereby ensuring that the active device can accurately function.

  • Patent number: 7216321
Abstract: A method for recognizing a pattern in a design of an integrated circuit (IC), comprising identifying a pattern correspondence element in a pattern instance. A pattern tree corresponding to the pattern instance is built. A list of candidate design correspondence elements in a design instance of the IC are built. Iteratively, for each design correspondence element in said list of candidate design correspondence elements each rank in a tree representation of said design instance built around said each design correspondence element is compared with corresponding rank in said pattern tree.

  • Publication number: 20050216581
Abstract: In a method of metering Web usage, a collection program is downloaded from a server to a metered computer in response to a message transmitted from the metered computer to the server, and the collection program is executed on the metered computer in order to collect Web usage history information stored in a history file by a browser running on the metered computer. The collected Web site usage history information is transmitted by the metered computer to the server. The Web site usage history information is stored in the server along with Web site usage history information from other metered computers.

  • Patent number: 6801908
Abstract: A data navigation system and a method that enable a user to selectively view multi-dimensional forecast data in a two-dimensional form. The data navigation system includes a representation means for representing the multi-dimensional data. The system also has a Graphical User Interface that displays the data in two-dimensional form and also enables the user to navigate through the multi-dimensional data through the Interface using an interaction means such as a keyboard, a mouse a voice-command, a touch screen and other such means. The system also has an identification means and an extraction means that identify and obtain the data to be displayed in the Interface from the representation means. The data navigation system can also be used to view any multi-dimensional data in two-dimensional form.
