  • Publication number: 20230303018
Abstract: A main switch of an electrical system of a vehicle, in particular agricultural machinery, with a first main current path in which a first switch is introduced, and with a second main current path. The main switch comprises a control unit and the first main current path is associated with a first current sensor and the second main current path is associated with a second current sensor. By means of the control unit, the first switch is actuated as a function of a deviation from the electrical currents detected by the two current sensors.

  • Patent number: 11410825
Abstract: A disconnecting device interrupts a direct current of a current path containing a hybrid switch which has a current-carrying mechanical contact system and a semiconductor switching system connected in parallel thereto. The contact system has a fixed contact and a moving contact. The moving contact is mounted on a contact bridge being coupled to a drive system moving the moving contact in a switching movement from an open position into a closed position resting against the fixed contact with a contact force. A first magnet element is mounted on the contact bridge and spaced apart from a stationary second magnet element by an air gap such that, when a current flows through the contact bridge, a magnetic field is produced in the first magnet element and the first and second magnet elements are magnetically attracted. The attraction produces a magnetic force directed in the same direction as the contact force.

  • Patent number: 10366852
Abstract: A power relay for a vehicle is disclosed. The power relay has a housing formed by a connector base and a housing can set thereon, two connection bolts being inserted into the connector base for contacting a load circuit. The power relay further has a coil subassembly arranged in the housing and containing a solenoid coil and an armature. The armature is coupled by a force-transmission member to a contact bridge and can shift in the housing, under the effect of a magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil, in such a way that the contact bridge can be reversibly moved between a closing position, in which the contact bridge bridges the connection bolts in an electro conducting manner, and an opening position, in which the contact bridge is not in contact with the connection bolts. The housing can is configured as an injection-molded component made of plastic.
