  • Publication number: 20240100621
Abstract: An ultrasonic welding device includes a sonotrode with a sonotrode surface, a lateral slide with a lateral slide surface, a touching element with a touching surface and an insertion chamber for inserting joining parts. The insertion chamber is defined in a first axial direction (y) on a first side by the sonotrode surface and in a second axial direction (x) on a second side by the lateral slide surface and on a third side opposing the second side by the touching surface. Furthermore, the ultrasonic welding device includes a first receiving element with a first stop edge and a second receiving element with a second stop edge. The first receiving element and the second receiving element are arranged to be movable in relation to each other between a starting position and an end position.

  • Publication number: 20200255983
Abstract: A flat clothing for a revolving flat of a carding machine includes a foundation and a plurality of clothing tips formed from U-shaped wire hooks penetrating through the foundation and situated in adjacent rows with a row spacing between successive rows. A row offset in the direction of the length of the foundation is defined between the clothing tips in the adjacent rows such that the clothing tips are not situated one behind the other in successive rows. At least two successive zones are defined, wherein each zone has at least three rows of hooks and the row offset of the first zone differs from the row offset of the second zone. A row spacing between each row in the second zone and a following adjacent row, viewed in the fiber running direction, is different from the row spacing between the row and a preceding adjacent row.

  • Patent number: 9765720
Abstract: A method is provided for avoiding incorrect combustion misfire fault detection in an internal combustion engine in a motor vehicle with a dual mass flywheel. In order to detect combustion misfiring, a characteristic variable, which is dependent on the acceleration of the internal combustion engine, is determined continuously during the ongoing operation of the internal combustion engine and compared with a predefined irregular running threshold value. When the irregular running threshold value is exceeded, a combustion misfire is detected, wherein the frequency of detected combustion misfiring, for example at a specific number of crank shaft revolutions, is detected. When a defined frequency threshold is exceeded, a combustion misfire fault detection is activated. When a dual mass flywheel bounce is detected with the simultaneous detection of combustion misfiring, the injection of at least one cylinder is reduced or switched off for a predefined frequency or for a predefined time.
