Patent number: 8418412Abstract: An explosion-proof decompression plate is provided outside the explosion-proof window of an architecture or equipment. A convex part that protrudes out of the window is formed in the center of the decompression plate, and a flange is formed around the convex part. Further, a confined space is formed inside the decompression plate that is opposite to the convex part. Several thru holes are formed on the flange, and a lock-joint portion of which the area is smaller than the thru hole is formed. Several joint ribs easily splitting are formed between the flange and the lock-joint portions to connect. Accordingly, when the air blast occurs in the architecture or equipment, the decompression plate is thrust away by the blast pressure caused by the air blast and an open mouth is formed to vent out the blast pressure.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2009Date of Patent: April 16, 2013Assignee: San Ford Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventor: Mao-Nan Cheng

Patent number: 7931718Abstract: An oil mist separator includes a body inside which a filtering chamber is formed for a filtering unit made up with several centrifugal dust collectors. With an air intake unit, the outside oil mist is sent into the filtering chamber. Then, the centrifugal dust collectors are used to cause a spiral airstream. With a centrifugal force caused by the spiral airstream, the oil mist is made to separate from the air. Next, the filtered air of zero pollution is vented to the atmosphere, and the separated oil mist is collected and recycled. Thus, the oil mist may be separated and the recycled oil mist may be made into a low-level oil product or a release agent used in the building industry for achievement of the effect of environmental protection.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2009Date of Patent: April 26, 2011Assignee: San Ford Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventor: Mao-Nan Cheng

Patent number: 6779691Abstract: An airtight blade valve device for exhausting dust includes two faceplates, two side plates, plural threaded rods, a rotor and a speed-reducing motor. The two faceplates and the two side plates are assembled together by the threaded rods to make up a closed casing having an inlet and an outlet. The rotor is pivotally fitted between the two faceplates, consisting of a spindle and plural blades, and the spindle has a plurality of cut surfaces for the blades to be respectively secured thereon. Each blade has its peripheral edge respectively contact closely with the faceplate and the side plate to form closed spaces. At least one blade of the rotor will contact the arcuate portion of either of the two side plates when the rotor rotates to any position. Thus, the blades are rotated, exhausting out dust in an airtight condition.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2002Date of Patent: August 24, 2004Assignee: San Ford Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventor: Mao Nan Cheng

Patent number: 6743084Abstract: An emery polishing machine is provided with plural adjusting devices positioned between the opposite shaft ends of two emery polishing wheels and machine box. The adjusting devices enable the two emery-polishing wheels to be micro-adjusted to move upward and downward independently. Emery paper tapes of different-sized sands can be fitted on the two emery-polishing wheels to carry out rough and fine polishing at the same time. Two dust-collecting pipes are provided at one side of the dust-preventing cover of the machine box, and plural rollers are provided on the dust-preventing cover. Thus, after a wooden board has one side polished, it can be turned over and directly placed on the rollers on the dust-preventing cover to be moved in a feeding opening to have the other side polished. Thus a wooden board is quickly moved with less force and less space.Type: GrantFiled: April 25, 2003Date of Patent: June 1, 2004Assignee: San Ford Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventor: Mao Nan Cheng
