  • Patent number: 11711460
Abstract: A method for managing an incoming call in a communication terminal is described, the incoming call having an associated call identifier. The method can comprise checking the routing of an outgoing call to the call identifier associated with the incoming call, and classifying the incoming call on the basis of the result of the checking of the routing, the incoming call being classified as a malicious incoming call if the checking of the routing reveals that the outgoing call is not able to be routed. The method can be used, for example, to detect malicious calls or spam.

  • Publication number: 20220224794
Abstract: A method and apparatus for call forwarding. Some communication services make it possible to transfer a telephone call intended for a communication terminal to another communication terminal. Such services are referred to as call forwarding services. The user seeking to avail of call forwarding must manually configure the forwarding of calls intended for their landline to the communication terminal of their choice. The configuration operations are performed directly on the landline and are tedious. There is thus a significant risk of input error. Furthermore, when the user seeks to end call forwarding, they must once again manually configure their landline. According to the method, call forwarding is activated according to fulfilment of activation conditions. Contextual information collection by the user's communication terminal is used to determine fulfilment of the activation conditions. Thus, such a solution offers flexibility, adaptability and ease of use for the user.

  • Patent number: 11368576
Abstract: A method for managing a communication call between a caller communications terminal and a called communications terminal. The caller communications terminal has a permanent main call identifier and at least one recorded temporary secondary call identifier, in association with the main call identifier, in at least one communications management device. When the caller communications terminal initiates a communication call to the called communications terminal from the secondary call identifier, such a method implements: sending, to the called terminal, a notification including at least the main call identifier, the secondary call identifier and at least one piece of identification information of a user of the calling terminal associated with said secondary call identifier; and routing the communication call to the called terminal in using the secondary call identifier.

  • Patent number: 8843549
Abstract: In the course of an application involving real-time notification of a client by a telephone switching system, a connection between the client and a server is opened. Notification messages transmitted from the telephone switching system to the server are adjusted and sent to the client in the format of a programming language code executable by the client's browser. The programming language codes are subsequently executed by the browser, whereby the respective notification messages are displayed at the client. For transmission of the notification messages from the server to the browser, as streaming method such as HTTP streaming is use so that the connection remains open while notification messages are to be sent. The presented method can be based on standardized protocols, entails little protocol overhead and allows for facile treatment of security issues.

  • Publication number: 20120178146
Abstract: This invention relates to new Rhodococcus wratislaviensis CNCM I-4088 bacteria or Rhodococcus aetherivorans CNCM I-4089 bacteria that can degrade multiple petroleum compounds in solution in aqueous effluents. The invention also relates to a process for treating aqueous effluents comprising a complex mixture of substances containing native hydrocarbons of gasolines and additives that are present in gasolines or diesel fuel, in which process said bacteria are grown under aerobic conditions in the presence of a growth substrate containing said mixture as a carbon source, and said mixture is at least partially degraded by the bacteria down to the final degradation products—carbon dioxide, water and biomass.

  • Publication number: 20030236924
Abstract: In the course of an application involving real-time notification of a client (PC(CC)) by a telephone switching system (TS) a connection between the client (PC(CC)) and a server (CtC) is opened. Notification messages transmitted from the telephone switching system (TS) to the server (CtC) are adjusted and sent to the client (PC(CC)) in the format of a programming language code executable by the client's browser. The programming language codes are subsequently executed by the browser, whereby the respective notification messages are displayed at the client (PC(CC)).
