  • Patent number: 11676203
Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a user device comprises a communication interface, an input/output (I/O) interface, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to obtain a maximum pre-approval amount, generate a graphical user interface comprising an adjustable pre-approval field that enables a user to select up to the maximum pre-approval amount to include in a pre-approval letter, display the graphical user interface via the I/O interface, and receive an input associated with the adjustable pre-approval field via the I/O interface. The input indicates an adjusted pre-approval amount selected by the user. The processing circuitry is further configured to facilitate generating the pre-approval letter indicating that a customer has been pre-approved for the adjusted pre-approval amount, the pre-approval letter including a pre-authorized signature of a lender and generated without sending the lender the adjusted pre-approval amount.

  • Publication number: 20200234288
Abstract: A system for securing sensitive data includes one or more databases, at least one processor, and a memory configured to store instructions. The one or more databases are configured to store a plurality of financial profiles and personally identifiable information corresponding to each user of the system. The instructions are operable when executed by the processor to receive a token from a financial institution and determine that the token corresponds to a first user of the system. The instructions are further operable when executed to communicate a credit application associated with the first user to the financial institution, wherein the credit application is generated based on a financial profile corresponding to the first user. The instructions are further operable when executed to automatically communicate, to the financial institution, personally identifiable information corresponding to the first user in response to determining that the first user accepted a credit offer of the financial institution.

  • Publication number: 20180082372
Abstract: In one embodiment, a system comprising at least one processor is configured to receive a request comprising an identification of at least two types of debt associated with the client from a client, automatically formulate an electronic query using the information in the request, send the query to at least one situational information provider, receive first information comprising debt data associated with the at least two types of debt associated with the client from the situational information provider, receive second information comprising a plurality of offerings from at least two service providers. The processor is further configured to determine an outcome, for each offering of the plurality of offerings, based on the first information and the second information, select a first offering of the plurality of offerings based on comparing the determined outcomes, and display information about the selected offering to the client.

  • Patent number: 9525777
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method of managing a live electronic communication session comprises receiving parameters from a user. The parameters are associated with at least one communication preference of the user. The method further comprises determining a first contact profile from a plurality of contact profiles using the one or more parameters. The first contact profile comprises a first set of information and a second set of information. The method further comprises permitting the user to access the first set of information and preventing the user from accessing the second set of information. The method connects the user and a first contact associated with the first contact profile to a live electronic communication session. The method further comprises determining a duration of the live electronic communication session, and determining, using the duration of the live electronic communication session, to permit the user to access the second set of information.
