  • Patent number: 10978232
Abstract: An electromagnet and method for producing the electromagnet. The electromagnet is intended to maintain pretensioning force of fastening by a force acting on a yoke over intended operating time under changing operating temperatures. The yoke encloses an armature that is provided with a flange, which conducts magnetic flux from a housing to the armature, the housing being connected on the one hand to a flange of the yoke and on the other hand to a core flange in a material-bonding manner by welding. The electromagnet can be used for actuation of valves, couplings or other electromechanical adjusting elements.

  • Publication number: 20200227189
Abstract: The electromagnet, at least comprising a magnet coil wound onto a coil core, a housing, a pole core, an armature, an armature rod and a yoke, should have a very low hysteresis of the force with a variable stroke at low manufacturing costs. The coil core is manufactured by jointly overmolding or overcasting the yoke, the pole core and the core flange with a plastic mass, wherein the axial intermediate space between the yoke and the pole core (4) is also filled with the plastic mass. Electromagnets of the described type are used for actuating fluid valves or couplings, preferentially in motor vehicles or in mobile working machines.

  • Patent number: 10473099
Abstract: A modular system of reciprocating pumps is to be designed in such a way that any type of said reciprocating pumps can be economically assembled and tested on a flexible assembly device. The magnetic part is a pre-assembled subassembly that can be tested separately and is overmolded with plastic material; the connection point to the pump part has a given connecting contour that allows different types of pump parts of the modular system to be connected; and the pump part is a pre-assembled subassembly that can be tested for the displaced volume thereof. Feed pumps and metering pumps for fuels and aqueous reagents.

  • Publication number: 20180112731
Abstract: An actuator having controlled blocking of an end position and a method for operating a parking brake having such an actuator. The blocking device according to the present disclosure is intended to be constructed to be very wear-resistant and fracture-resistant and the force transmission path of the blocking device is not intended to be directed via the electromagnet which actuates the blocking device. The electromagnet in the state supplied with current presses a blocking cone into a piston counter to a spring by means of a tappet, wherein the blocking cone presses a group of balls which are supported in openings of the piston outwards by means of a conical face and wherein these balls are supported, on the one hand, on a shoulder of a blocking sleeve which is connected to a cylinder and, on the other hand, on the openings of the piston and thereby block a movement of the piston out of the end position thereof. Such a system can be used on vehicles having an electrohydraulically actuated parking brake.

  • Patent number: 9435385
Abstract: Object: Device comprising an electromagnet (1) and an actuating element (2) which is operated by said electromagnet and may be, for example, a valve or a clutch, wherein said components are connected to one another by means of threads (4) and (5), with protection of functional spaces in the components or of elastomeric seals against damage and adverse effects on functioning by particles from the threads. Solution: The electromagnet-side thread (4) and actuating element-side thread (5) are axially adjacent in both directions of chambers (6) and (7) which are closed off on in each case the side which is averted from the threads by overlapping cylinder surfaces (11) and (12) on one side and also by further overlapping cylinder surfaces (13) and (14) on the other side. Application: Actuating elements which are operated by an electromagnet.
