  • Patent number: 11772850
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of containers, caps, sealing assemblies, and associated components. In one embodiments, a sealing assembly can include an expander actuator operatively coupled to an expander, which expander is operatively coupled to a seal. In a locking state, the expander actuator is configured to cause the expander to expand horizontally against the seal. The expansion of the seal against a shoulder and/or a neck of a container provides a locking, leak-proof seal. In an opening state, the expander is configured to provide an upward movement of the expander actuator, allowing the expander to return to its unexpanded form, which in turn causes the seal to return to its unexpanded form. When the seal is in its unexpanded form, the sealing assembly (along with an associated cap) can be pulled away from the container body.

  • Publication number: 20230227219
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of straw assemblies for use with liquid containers. In one embodiment, a straw assembly can include a lid coupler operatively coupled by a pivot rod to a straw coupler. In one embodiment, the pivot rod provides an axis of rotation for the lid coupler that is offset and parallel to a main axis of the straw assembly. In some embodiments, the lid coupler is configured to retain a valve and/or a gasket. In certain embodiments, the straw coupler can be configured to retain a seal. In one embodiment the lid coupler and the straw coupler can be provided with, respectively, a lid coupler hook and a straw coupler hook. The lid coupler hook and the straw coupler hook are configured to facilitate removable coupling of the lid coupler and the straw coupler.

  • Patent number: 11479390
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of containers having lids configured for dispensing contents from the container. In one embodiment, a lid can include a spout coupled to a spout collar; the lid can further include a link coupling the spout collar to a spout cover. The spout collar and link are configured to rotate the spout cover in a direction opposite a rotation of the spout as the spout initially rotates from a stowed position to an in-use position; as the spout continues to rotate toward the in-use position the spout cover reverses rotation and rotates toward the spout to cover an inners space of the lid previously occupied by the spout. When the spout achieves the in-use position the spout cover covers the space occupied by the spout when the spout is in the stowed position. As the spout is rotated from the in-use position toward the stowed position, the spout collar and the link cause the spout cover to open and rotate away from the spout.

  • Patent number: 11445841
Abstract: An adsorptive anti-tipping device and a cup body matched therewith, being used to fasten the cup body to prevent it from tipping, including a driving rod, which driving rod comprises a sliding rod, a limit rod and an abutment rod, the limit rod is vertically fixed on the upper end of the sliding rod; the abutment rod is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding rod; on a fixed cover is arranged a sliding positioning hole, and the limit rod is limited above the fixed cover; the suction component is slidably clamped with the fixed cover, and has a driving slope and a driving block on it, the driving block corresponds to the position of the adsorptive surface of the suction component,. The present application is simple in structure and easy to use. Using a suction cup to adsorb the surface, the present application may prevent containers' tipping.
