  • Patent number: 11945321
Abstract: Technologies and techniques for charging a high-voltage battery of an electric drive of a vehicle, in which electrical power is transmitted from a low-voltage on-board electrical system of the vehicle to the high-voltage battery, and, to aid starting of the vehicle, electrical power is transmitted from a separate external unit to the low-voltage on-board electrical system of the vehicle and is transmitted from the low-voltage on-board electrical system to the high-voltage battery. The present disclosure also relates to a related power transmission system.

  • Publication number: 20230303128
Abstract: A driver assistance method by a control device is to receive driving environmental data from identically constructed motor vehicle sensor technologies of a first motor vehicle, as well as from at least one further motor vehicle, which drive on a set road section in an at least partially autonomous driving mode. Each motor vehicle may provide a road section model for each of the motor vehicles with an algorithm recorded in each respective motor vehicle. The control device examines the road section models and/or the algorithms for a feasibility of the at least partially autonomous driving mode for the first motor vehicle, evaluates the algorithms of each motor vehicle based on a comparison of the road models, and sets that algorithm, which satisfies the set feasibility criterion with the highest probability, as the target algorithm.

  • Patent number: 9592736
Abstract: A method for controlling a locking device of an electric charging port of a vehicle. The vehicle has a keyless entry system, which makes it possible for the vehicle to be unlocked without the active operation of a vehicle key. Presence information of the vehicle key in the vicinity of the vehicle is detected and further a state of charge is detected that indicates whether a charging process is currently taking place via the charging port. The locking device is activated depending on the presence information and the state of charge.
