  • Publication number: 20130095578
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide a system for the production of photovoltaic modules that comprises at least a first work line having a plurality of positioning stations in which a series of first processing operations are performed and a second work line consisting of at least a positioning station in which at least a second processing operation is performed. The process sequence may include, for example, printing a layer material used to form one or more electric contacts on a base layer, and then positioning photovoltaic cells and various layers of insulating material in a desired orientation over the base layer to form a photovoltaic module.

  • Publication number: 20120227602
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide a device for cleaning a silk-screen net of a silk-screen printing device. The silk-screen printing device may comprise a first shaft, a second shaft and a strip supported by the first shaft and the second shaft. The first shaft and the second shaft determine a movement of rotation of the strip along a determinate path, which is under the net, to remove the excess printing paste from the net. The strip is made of a non-elastic fabric material. The device also comprises a pressure roller of the rotary type, around part of which the strip is supported. The pressure roller is positioned along the path of the strip between the first shaft and the second shaft. The device also comprises a movement unit to move the pressure roller toward the net, to selectively take the strip into contact with the net with a desired pressure.

  • Publication number: 20120064250
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a transport unit for transporting a print support, or substrate, through a plant that deposits print tracks on a surface of the print support. The plant has at least one print station having at least one print head to deposit the print track onto the print support according to a predetermined pattern. The transport unit comprises a transport element having a transport surface facing, during use, toward the print head and on which the print support is disposed during processing. The transport surface comprises a portion covered with an adhesive surface layer upon which the print support is positioned.
