  • Patent number: 7128210
Abstract: A package particularly for packaging food products, comprising an inner package sheet, which individually wraps each product of the package and is composed of a coextruded film constituted by two outer layers of a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin and by a central layer chosen among polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastic material, and an outer package sheet, which wraps around a set of products contained in their respective inner packages and is composed of a high-barrier film coupled to a paper film.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 6, 2003
Date of Patent: October 31, 2006
    Assignee: Alcan Packaging Italia S.R.L.
    Inventors: Marco Razeti, Elena Peron
  • Patent number: 6977054
Abstract: A method for producing a plastic film having improved characteristics, which consists in nebulizing on the faces, in the region downstream of the extruder, at least one “active substance” or a mixture of “active substances”, utilizing the various states of aggregation of the product generated by the temperature distribution. These substances modify the structure of the film, in particular its surface structure, by bonding and penetrating to a depth which is a function of the temperature, of the material of the film and of the type of substance used.

  • Patent number: 6929400
Abstract: A flexible container of the pouch type, made of material in film form, derived from a contoured tubular body formed by a film with longitudinal and transverse heat-seals of the two ends. The longitudinal heat-seal forms the edge of a longitudinal wing that is folded against the corresponding wall. A portion of the wing is joined to a corresponding portion of the wall with low-tack adhesive so as to surround a region preset to form a hole for access to the container, the first lifting of the wing opening the hole and the container, and the low-tack adhesive ensuring successive repeated opening and closure actions.

Date of Patent: August 16, 2005
    Assignee: BP Europack S.p.A.
Inventors: Marco Razeti, Elena Peron, Michael Ellenrieder
  • Patent number: 6790508
Abstract: A sheet composed of multiple films for providing peel-off lids for containers comprising a first film set of films, with a film layer of aluminum, an external polythene film and an internal orientated plastic film; a second film set heat-sealed to the edge of a container to be closed, with a pre-perforated polyester film coupled, by an adhesive, to a non-perforated polythene film heat-sealed to the edge of the container; and a hot-extruded polythene layer interposed between the two film sets to couple the last polyester film of the first film set and the first polyester film of the second film set.

  • Publication number: 20030118254
Abstract: A flexible container of the pouch type made of a film material, of the type derived from a shaped tubular body formed by a film with a longitudinal heat-seal and by transverse heat-seals of the two ends. At least one corner region of the container has a tear notch that produces, by pulling, the tearing of a portion of the film that comprises a part of the transverse heat-seal and a part of the tubular wall, freeing a corresponding flap of wall that is provided at least partially internally with low-stickiness adhesive protected by a removable film. The flap can be folded back onto the remaining portion of the container so as to close it by temporary sticking.

  • Publication number: 20020192447
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for setting the process for the manufacture of sealing seams, in which the interface temperature at the interface between the sealing partners is measured using a temperature-measuring element. It was shown that setting the process based on the course of time of the interface temperature during and after heat input during the sealing makes it possible to optimize the machining parameters to achieve the best possible sealing seam quality, shortest possible machining time and lowest possible energy outlay.
