  • Publication number: 20240176549
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for latency reduction of boot procedures for memory systems are described. A memory system may receive a first command to perform a first reset of one or more components as part of a first phase of a boot procedure of a host system. The memory system may initiate an initialization process of a second phase of the boot procedure upon determining whether the value of a flag has been set from a first value to a second value. Upon completing the initialization process, the flag may be set to the first value. Parameters corresponding to the characteristics of the memory system may be communicated to the host system based on receiving a second command. The memory system may perform a configuration operation of a logical-to-physical mapping concurrently with communicating the parameters with the host system.

  • Patent number: 11025195
Abstract: In certain aspects, an apparatus includes a transformer including an input inductor and an output inductor, wherein the input inductor is magnetically coupled to the output inductor. The apparatus also includes a transconductance driver configured to drive the input inductor based on an input signal. The apparatus further includes a feedback circuit configured to detect an output voltage swing at the output inductor, generate a regulated voltage at the input inductor, and control the regulated voltage based on the detected output voltage swing.

  • Patent number: 10784636
Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for an asymmetrical quadrature hybrid coupler. In an example aspect, an apparatus comprises a quadrature hybrid coupler. The quadrature hybrid coupler comprises a shared port, a through port, a coupled port, and an isolated port. The quadrature hybrid coupler also comprises at least one transformer, which comprises a first inductor and a second inductor. The first inductor is connected between the shared port and the coupled port. The second inductor is connected between the isolated port and the through port. The second inductor is directly connected to the isolated port. An inductance of the first inductor is different from an inductance of the second inductor.
