  • Publication number: 20200069527
Abstract: An alignment apparatus for tablets includes a shaft and a support arranged on the shaft. The shaft is rotatable relative to the support. The support has a supply channel for supplying tablets to the shaft. The shaft has an aligning groove for a tablet. The groove opens with its discharge end into a receiving pocket. A receiving point of the groove lies in the direction of the rotational axis at the same position as the supply channel. The discharge end is arranged laterally offset relative to the supply channel in the direction of the rotational axis. A distance between the supply channel and the groove increases continuously from the receiving point to the discharge end counter to the direction of rotation of the shaft. The support has a guide track which interacts with the groove for a guidance of the tablet axially parallel to the rotational axis of the shaft.

  • Patent number: 9409699
Abstract: A capillary metering device for a powder product has a vibration body with a capillary formed within the vibration body for receiving and conveying the powder product. The vibration body is formed of at least two adjoining body parts, wherein the capillary is formed as a channel with at least one open side in the demounted state in at least one of the body parts. The open side of the channel in the mounted state is closed off by the adjoining body part. The vibration body is caused to vibrate with such an amplitude and frequency that a powder flow of the powder product passes through the capillary formed in the vibration body into a target container and that upon reaching a target quantity of the powder product in the target container the powder flow to the target container is interrupted.

  • Patent number: 8763653
Abstract: The invention relates to a filling assembly for volumetric metering of fine grained powder (2) and to a method for operating said filling assembly. The powder (2) is provided in a resting state in the storage container (15) arranged on the inlet side of a filling line (8), and in the filling line (8) itself. The filling device (1) has a cover (7), a filling line (8) led through the cover (7) and pressure line (9), and also a pressure pulsation device (10). A metering container (3) is moved with its filling opening (5) under the cover (7) of the filling device (1) in such a way that the filling line (8) and the pressure line (9) open into the interior (4) of the metering container (3). By means of the pressure pulsation device (10), a pressure (p) oscillating about the atmospheric ambient pressure (po) as an average is generated and, by means of the pressure line (9), is transmitted into the interior (4) of the metering container (3).
