  • Publication number: 20240177152
Abstract: A system is configured to implement data compression on a set of data objects. The system includes a processor configured to obtain the set of data objects. The data objects specify, source, type, size, and polarity data for a plurality of transactions. The processor is configured to implement an optimization procedure based on constraint data associated with the sources for the data object. The optimization procedure reduces aggregate size data for the set of data objects via operation on at least a subset of the data objects, the subset associate with a particular data source.

  • Patent number: 11922412
Abstract: A system for data object compression and reduction includes to implement, in accordance with obtained optimization constraint data, an optimization procedure configured to determine an optimal set of adjustments to a set of data objects that maximizes reduction of both a data set aggregate magnitude and a data link composite magnitude for at least one pair of a plurality of data sources, the optimal set of adjustments including an offset of multiple data objects of data objects of same data object type and opposite polarity, and to store data indicative of the optimal set of adjustments to the set of data objects.

  • Patent number: 11662487
Abstract: Gamma ray detection system (10) comprising a computation system including a signal processing and control system (30), a detection module assembly (13) including at least one detection module (14) configured for detecting gamma ray emissions from a target zone (4), each detection module comprising at least one scintillator plate (16) having a major surface (40a) oriented to generally face the target zone and lateral minor surfaces (40b) defining edges of the scintillator layer, and a plurality of photon detectors coupled to said at least one scintillator plate and connected to the signal processing and control system. The scintillator plate comprises a material having isotopes intrinsically emitting radiation causing intrinsic scintillation events in one or more scintillator plates having an intensity measurable by the photon detectors.

  • Publication number: 20230041293
Abstract: Gamma ray detection system comprising a detection module assembly including at least two detection modules configured for positron emission tomography (PET) scanning of a target zone, each detection module comprising a plurality of stacked scintillator plates each having a major surface oriented to generally face the target zone and lateral minor surfaces defining edges of the scintillator plates, a plurality of photon sensors being mounted against said edges layer photon sensor 18a configured to detect a scintillation event in the scintillator plate from a gamma ray incident on the major surface. The gamma ray detection system is further configured to function as a Compton camera, at least one scintillator plate that is not the scintillator plate closest to the target zone being configured as an absorber scintillator plate for said Compton camera.

  • Patent number: 11185297
Abstract: A detector module system for positron emission tomography including a plurality of gamma ray detector modules. Each pair of one detector module and one interconnection element includes mutually engaging locking means for releasably connecting the detector module to the interconnection element. Further each interconnection element includes locking means for releasably connecting at least two detector modules to said interconnection element. Further each of said gamma ray detector modules includes a sensor adapted to detect gamma radiation occurring from short-lived radionuclides radiating from a body and to generate a radiation output corresponding to the detected gamma radiation, and the detector module system comprises a processing circuitry adapted to receive said radiation output from each of the gamma ray detector modules and to generate a resulting radiation representation for the positron emission tomography event, based on the received radiation output.
