Abstract: The invention is directed to a hanger device used to suspend hanging materials such as curtains, shower curtains, or other sheet-like materials from a horizontally suspended rod to provide a barrier or for decorative purposes. In a preferred embodiment, the hanger device comprises a body portion having first and second ends; an extending member connected to and extending from each of the first and second ends; and, a fixed or removable decorative element having a connector portion and a cover portion for attaching to one or both extending members, wherein when a plurality of hanging materials are suspended from the hanger device, a top portion of the hanging materials is coupled to each opposed extending member, such that the hanging materials are positioned between the decorative elements and the body portion.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a footwear system that is customizable and offers a plurality of interchangeable base portions, upper portions, and connector elements in various styles, colors and designs, thus allowing an assortment of easily interchangeable and distinct styles of footwear in a single system. The footwear system specifically comprises an interchangeable base portion having a plurality of spaced openings and hollow receptacles formed in the base portion, an interchangeable upper portion adapted for removable attachment to the base portion where the upper portion has a plurality of spaced openings on each side end, and a plurality of interchangeable connector elements for connecting the upper portion to the base portion, where the connector elements may have decorative elements.

Abstract: There is provided in one embodiment of the invention a removable, adjustable-height dishwasher tine for holding objects in an automatic dishwasher rack, where the dishwasher rack has at least one receiving element for receiving the dishwasher tine and where the tine comprises an elongated tube with a first end and a second end, such that the first end has a securement means for securely attaching the tine to the receiving element of the dishwasher rack, and such that the elongated tube is adjustable in height via an adjusting means. In another embodiment of the invention there is provided a dishwasher rack for use in an automatic dishwasher, where the dishwasher rack has a plurality of spaced receiving elements for receiving a plurality of corresponding removable dishwasher tines.
