At least one of either the articulated arm or the pumping unit is connected to a respective hydraulic pump configured to pump a working fluid and determine the drive of said articulated arm and/or respectively said pumping unit. The mobile operating machine also comprises at least one electromechanical machine connected to said internal combustion motor, to said hydraulic pump, and to an electric accumulator.
