Abstract: A shed and modular playset accessory system and a kit are provided. The storage shed can include a roof and a removeable platform is capable of being operatively arranged with the storage shed above the roof. The system can include a plurality of playset accessories that are capable of being releasably secured to the removeable platform. The system provides an outdoor structure for storage while also conserving yard space for modular playset accessories that can be periodically interchanged, upgraded, and removed after being outgrown by the household's children.
