Abstract: A container for medical use forming a closed compartment for carrying a pressurized liquid includes a side wall member; a rigid bottom portion; a rigid top portion having a through hole; a lid arranged to cover and seal a filling hole; a pressure valve; and a flexible tube arranged inside the closed compartment. The first end of the flexible tube being provided with an opening towards the closed compartment and the second end of the flexible tube is connected to the top portion and in fluid communication with the through hole in the rigid top portion. The side wall member is flexible such that said container is reversibly foldable and unfoldable to be arrangeable in a compact state and an expanded state.

Abstract: A catheter, and preferably a urinary catheter, is disclosed, comprising an elongate shaft with a catheter insertion end and a flared connector connected to the elongated shaft opposite to the catheter insertion end. The flared connector forms a catheter connector end. Further, a gripping sleeve is fixedly connected to the flared connector, and arranged to enclose at least part of, and preferably essentially the whole, flared connector, apart from the catheter connector end. Hereby, a standard catheter can easily be customized for various use situations and users with different needs, in terms of e.g. gripping and manipulation possibilities. A method for producing such a customized catheter is also disclosed.

The side wall (5), the top (4) and bottom (3) portions together form a compartment (17). Inside the compartment (17), a flexible tube (5) is arranged with one end (21) in fluid communication with a though-hole (12) in the top portion (4). A second end (19) of the tube is connected to the bottom portion (3) via a snap-in connection (18). Liquid from the inside of the container (1) may be withdrawn by pressurizing the compartment (17) in which liquid is stored, when in use. The container (1) is reversible folded and unfolded for convenient filling and storing of the container (1). The container (1) is adapted for use in an irrigation system, and preferably a system for rectal irrigation.
