  • Publication number: 20240189341
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical combination and use thereof. By using an effective amount of methyl-?-cyclodextrin as a preparation component or a combined auxiliary drug, the efficacy of ADC can be significantly improved, so that some of the ADC drugs with safety issues caused by excessive dosage can be developed. Moreover, due to the reduction in the dosage of ADC drugs, the cost of production and the cost of treatment for patients have also been greatly reduced, thereby being beneficial.

  • Publication number: 20240160298
Abstract: Techniques for controlling a remotely controllable device are described. In an example, a mobile device detects a remotely controllable device, measures a distance and direction from the mobile device to the remotely controllable device, and determines from the distance and direction that the mobile device is pointing at the remotely controllable device. In response to determining that the mobile device is in a handheld position, is pointing at the remotely controllable device, or both, the mobile device monitors for a movement of the mobile device according to a prescribed gesture. In response to detecting that the mobile device was moved according to the prescribed gesture, the mobile device presents a collection of selectable actions control operations of the remotely controllable device.

  • Publication number: 20230270891
Abstract: Liposomes have been used in technologies in biological, pharmaceutical, medical and nutritional applications because they can offer biocompatibility, biodegradability, reduced toxicity, and capacity for size and surface modifications. Traditionally, liposomes are prepared by multiple steps. However, multiple steps of preparation may cause a number of problems including low yield, high polydispersity, and poor morphology. Here, we synthesized liposomes containing magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle using one-pot, single step synthesis under ultra-sonication. We optimized the lipid compositions, sonication power, concentration of iron oxide nanoparticles, and antibody conjugation using Cu-free click chemistry. Furthermore, we incorporated doxorubicin inside magnetic liposomes for combined antibody targeting and magnetic guidance. Fluorescence imaging and quantification confirmed that antibody conjugated magnetic liposome showed high cell specific targeting that was enhanced by magnetic delivery.
