  • Publication number: 20240122138
Abstract: Provided is loss-of-function granule bound starch synthase genes and a Fagopyrum plant using the same. Loss-of-function granule bound starch synthase genes have been produced by: identifying granule bound starch synthase genes highly expressed in endosperm of a Fagopyrum plant from among granule bound starch synthase genes identified from mapping results of a genomic sequence of the Fagopyrum plant; and allowing the granule bound starch synthase genes thus identified to lose a function by mutagenesis, and a Fagopyrum plant has been produced which is a double-recessive homozygote homozygously having the loss-of-function granule bound starch synthase genes.

  • Publication number: 20240114862
Abstract: Provided is a loss-of-function transcription factor-like gene and a self-propagating Fagopyrum plant using the same. A self-propagating Fagopyrum plant having both long stamen and long pistil has been bred by: producing S-ELF3-PS1 gene which is a loss-of-function transcription factor-like gene by identifying a transcription factor-like gene formed by a linked gene group that controls lengths of stamen and pistil of a Fagopyrum plant from mapping results of a genomic sequence of the Fagopyrum plant, and allowing the transcription factor-like gene to lose a function by mutagenesis; and mating and cultivating an individual having this S-ELF3-PS1 self-propagation gene.

  • Publication number: 20210286709
Abstract: Definition data is data that defines a rule for determining that an object is displayed properly for each type of object to be displayed on a screen of an application. Image data is data that records a screen of the application during execution of the application. An anomaly detection unit of a screen test apparatus extracts at least one type of object from the image data. The anomaly detection unit refers to the definition data to determine whether a rule corresponding to a type of an extracted object is followed, so as to detect an anomaly in the screen of the application recorded in the image data.

  • Patent number: 9113722
Abstract: A baby harness is designed to concentrate the infant's weight on the waist and hips rather than on the neck and shoulder area, which is typical of conventional baby harnesses. This design enables the parent to remain active in terms of being hands-free and allowing bending from the waist. The harness secures the baby to the parent's lower back/waist/buttocks area by two cooperating tapered belt components which are extensions of the harness itself. The seat component of the harness comprises a concave enclosure providing bottom, back and head support. The seat component has bilateral extensions containing four openings through which the infant's arms and legs project, thereby securing both the upper and lower body of the child while also allowing free movement of the baby's limbs.
