Abstract: A window darkening system that includes glass panels. Glass panels can be provided in the form of at least one side window, a windshield, and rear window. Glass panels include electrically activated liquid crystals embedded therein. A control module includes access to a power source, and a user interface provided to manipulate liquid crystals embedded within the glass panels. The liquid crystals are sandwiched between a pair of electrodes which are electrically connected to the power source via the control panel via at least one switch means. The crystals become activated and darken the windowpane when they are electrically connected to a power source via activation their activation at user interface.
