  • Publication number: 20230074845
Abstract: The present invention relates to false eyelashes (1), comprising: a plurality of discrete eyelash fibers (10); and a baseline (20) extending across the plurality of eyelash fibers (10) and linking the plurality of eyelash fibers (10) in parallel or substantially parallel with one another. The baseline (20) is formed of a solidified raw resin (20?). The solidified raw resin (20?) forming the baseline (20) at least partially covers the proximal ends of the plurality of eyelash fibers (10), thereby linking the plurality of eyelash fibers (10) with one another. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such false eyelashes (1) by sandwiching the plurality of eyelash fibers (10) between lower and upper molds (100, 200) and filling a raw resin (20?) of the baseline (20) in a molten state into a narrow passage (300) defined between the lower and upper molds (100, 200).

  • Patent number: 9681725
Abstract: The applicator includes a base, a first tooth and two teeth adjacent to the first tooth. The teeth protrude from a base end located on the base as far as a free end. The applicator includes a device to retain cosmetic product on the base, to connect the first tooth to each of the two adjacent teeth, with a mean thickness less than the mean thickness, taken over the height of the device to retain, of a tooth selected from the first tooth and the two adjacent teeth.

  • Patent number: 9668564
Abstract: This applicator comprises a tip (22) with a central axis (A-A?) and a product application body (24), in a single piece with the tip (22). The body (24) includes a first curved segment (40) with a local axis moving away from the central axis (A-A?) seen in a plane parallel to an axial median plane of the applicator. The body (24) has a second curved intermediate segment (42) with a local axis approaching the central axis (A-A?), and defining, with the first segment (40), a first hollow area. The body (24) has a third end segment (44) defining, with the second intermediate segment (42), a second hollow area (58) opposite the first hollow area.

  • Patent number: 9622564
Abstract: Disclosed is an applicator for applying a cosmetic product to the eyelashes or eyebrows, including: a stem extending along a longitudinal axis; an applicator member located at a distal end of the stem, that includes: a core extending along a longitudinal axis, bristles connected to the core, defining an envelope surface, the applicator member having a proximal part and a distal part; the envelope surface having a notch with a profile, as seen in longitudinal section, that is not symmetrical with respect to any plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the core; and the envelope surface having, in the proximal part, a variable cross section that decreases in size towards the distal part, the largest transverse dimension of the envelope surface in the distal part being smaller than the largest transverse dimension of the envelope surface in the proximal part.
