    Abstract: The present invention is directed to novel nutritional supplement compositions providing physiologic feedback. The compositions comprise vitamins, minerals and central nervous system bracers. Flavanols can also be included in the composition. These compositions are useful in promoting regular consumption of nutritional supplements used for improving the diet.The vitamin and mineral supplement can additionally comprise sweeteners, flavors, pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and excipients. The supplements can contain both vitamins and minerals.

    Abstract: Acidic beverages, e.g. juices and carbonated beverages containing calcium citrate malate are disclosed. These beverages inhibit the erosion of tooth enamel that normally occurs during consumption of acidic beverages. A nutritional regimen of administering an acid beverage (pH below 5.5) containing from 35 mg to 270 mg calcium per 6 ounce (180 ml) serving (0.02% to 0.15% w/v of calcium) in the form of calcium citrate malate, for preventing tooth enamel erosion is disclosed. This beverage comprises water, sweetener and flavor or juice.
