A window is mechanically coupled to the body; wherein the window has covered edges and an uncovered center. A highly reflective prismatic plastic inserted into the window. The window covers edges of the highly reflective prismatic plastic are inserted into the window. The light reflects off of the highly reflective prismatic plastic to illuminate the bicycle.
