  • Publication number: 20220101426
Abstract: Embodiments described herein include systems and methods for financing amounts and account balances relating to healthcare services and goods. The system receives provider data from providers, including healthcare providers. The provider data from each provider includes patient account data corresponding to patients, and provider financial parameters. Financial data is received from financial entities, and the financial data from each entity includes financial product data, and qualification parameters. The system aggregates the data by aggregating the provider data and the financial data, and determines from the aggregated data a set of patients. Each patient of the set of patients corresponds to an account balance with a healthcare provider. The system generates from the aggregated data settlement options for resolving each account balance of the patients. The settlement options include payment options and/or financing options.

  • Publication number: 20200105402
Abstract: A database application of a platform receives patient data from providers and generates a database. The patient data includes identification and healthcare data of patients. A first application receives from providers first electronic queries of the database and generates from the patient data a first set of data comprising data of delinquent transactions. A second application receives from patients second electronic queries of the database and provides a second set of data and presents a payment interface configured to receive payments according to payment options. A third application receives from patients third electronic queries of the database and provides a third set of data along with finance options, and presents a finance interface configured to associate requesting patients with sources of debt financing for payment of the delinquent transactions.

  • Publication number: 20190355052
Abstract: Systems and methods for financing healthcare treatment are described that include a web-based electronic infrastructure that automatically retrieves patient data from a patient management system of a service provider. A credit application is generated by automatically populating a credit application form of the patient financing system using the patient data. Custom credit applications are generated by mapping the credit application to the custom credit applications, with each custom credit application corresponding to one of a number of credit providers. The custom credit applications are electronically submitted to the credit providers. Electronic credit decisions are received from the credit providers in response to submission of the custom credit applications. A decision on a selected credit provider is received and, in response, an electronic acceptance form is generated and submitted to the selected credit provider. Notification of the decision is sent to the credit providers not selected.

  • Publication number: 20150051535
Abstract: Systems and method comprise forming a cavity adjacent a wound. Formation of the cavity comprises applying a bandage to an area adjacent the wound. A topical hyperbaric oxygen emulsion (THOE) is applied to the wound, and the THOE comprises a perfluorocarbon (PFC). The cavity holds a pressure when the THOE is applied, wherein the pressure increases oxygen saturation of the wound and reduces oxygen diffusion from the THOE.

  • Patent number: 8645159
Abstract: Embodiments provide for tracking and notifying healthcare providers of financially delinquent patients. A platform includes or is coupled to a database including identifying data of patient debtors who have been financially delinquent in a healthcare transaction with a healthcare provider. The identifying data includes patient and financial identification data of the transaction. A fee is received from a subscriber (healthcare provider) that enables the subscriber to electronically access the platform. The identifying data of patient debtors is provided to the subscriber via the platform. New identifying data of patient debtors is received at the platform from a contributing subscriber (healthcare provider). The new identifying data is identifying data of a new patient debtor and/or a new healthcare transaction of an existing patient debtor. A discount is automatically applied to the fee of the contributing subscriber in response to the new identifying data.
