Publication number: 20070089678Abstract: A pet feeding apparatus having a serving vessel, a base supporting the serving vessel above a surface, and an elevating member interposed between the serving vessel and the base. The elevating member is adjustable in height to, in turn, permit the serving vessel to be adjustable in height, relative to the surface. In one embodiment, the serving vessel includes a skirt member, which substantially conceals the elevating member when the elevating member is in a minimal height configuration. The serving vessel further includes a food containing portion having graduated regions, increasing progressively in size from a bottom surface to a top opening of a food containing portion, so as to provide an indicator of appropriate serving portions for puppies, grown dogs and senior dogs.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 21, 2005Publication date: April 26, 2007Inventor: Mark H. Patent number: 6615827Abstract: The present invention relates to an inhalation device for dispensing a medicament from a valved dispenser. The device includes a housing having a longitudinal slot, an associated nozzle body, a cylindrical advance tube that slidably receives therein the dispenser and that has an external helically extend thread member, an advance ring that associates with the dispenser and that slidable engages the advance tube, and a level indicator. A zigzag track in either the advance tube or the advance ring, and a mating stud in the other of the ring or tube causes the advance tube to rotate when the ring is moved reciprocally when the dispenser is actuated. The level indicator device linearly indicates a remaining amount of medicament.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2002Date of Patent: September 9, 2003Assignee: Sapphire Designs, Inc.Inventors: Mark H. Greenwood, Mariann C. Straub, Gabriel Rodriguez, Jr.

Publication number: 20020148058Abstract: A paint brush assembly is provided that has a handle subassembly that is detachably engageable with a paint applicator subassembly, such as a bristle pack. The rear portion of the paint applicator assembly is provided with a handle connector and the forward end portion of the handle subassembly is provided with a tool connector. The handle connector is detachably associated with the tool connector by slidably inserting the handle connector into the tool connector. During the inserting, end portions of each one of a pair of resilient arms in the handle connector become reversibly engaged and interlocked with a different window provided in the tool connector. Manual depression of the handle connector's exposed arm end portions in the windows releases the arms from engagement with the tool connector windows, and permits slidable separation of the handle connector from the tool connector.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 12, 2001Publication date: October 17, 2002Inventors: Mark H. Patent number: 5857601Abstract: An improved beverage holder is provided that is particularly well suited for association with the handlebar of a stroller. The beverage holder includes a flattened U-configured clip that is removably positionable over the handlebar. The beverage holder also includes a receptacle. To engage the receptacle with the clip, the receptacle is provided with an outwardly projecting stub shaft having an enlarged head, and one leg of the clip is provided with a keyhole-type slot. When the enlarged head is extended through the enlarged upper end portion of the keyhole slot, the stub shaft is slidably movable in the narrow lower portion of the keyhole slot, thereby engaging the receptacle with the clip.Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 1997Date of Patent: January 12, 1999Assignee: Graco Children's Products, Inc.Inventor: Mark H. Patent number: 5499729Abstract: An infant feeding bottle that is nipple-equipped at one end that is further equipped with a pressure equalizing apertured diaphragm member at the opposite end. The diaphragm member allows room air to pass therethrough into the air space in the bottle when the bottle is inclined and liquid is withdrawn through the nipple, thereby equalizing the interior air pressure. The diaphragm member is gas and liquid tight when the inside and outside pressures are equal and the bottle is in an upright configuration with the feeding liquid resting on the diaphragm member. The diaphragm member has a central portion which is dome configured and provided with apertures that are in a sealed shut configuration when the diaphragm member is relaxed yet that are opened when the diaphragm member is expanded responsive to differential air pressure.Type: GrantFiled: March 15, 1994Date of Patent: March 19, 1996Assignee: Children On the Go, Inc.Inventors: Mark H. Greenwood, Marvin Keith

Patent number: 5203611Abstract: A chair structure provided which can be used by young children either as a bouncer or as a rocker. The structure is defined by a frame member having a pair of transversely spaced, generally U-configured side portions and at least one seat member raised above a support surface. The frame member is oscillatable or rockable depending upon which one of the opposite end portions thereof is engaged with the support surface. Preferably, the structure incorporates a unitary frame member and single seat cover member that is adapted to slip over either opposite end region of the frame member, whichever one of the end regions is positioned uppermost relative to a floor surface. In one orientation, straightened portions of the frame member are floor engaged causing the upper frame portions to be vertically oscillatable. In a reverse orientation, curved portions of the frame member are floor engaged causing the upper frame portions to be horizontally and reversibly tiltable.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 1991Date of Patent: April 20, 1993Assignee: Children On The Go, Inc.Inventor: Mark H.
