  • Publication number: 20240158837
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of identifying genomic region(s) predictive of an outcome of treatment with a cell therapy and/or of a phenotype of function of the cells. In some embodiments, the methods include epigenetic and/or epigenomic analyses of the cells in connection with methods for preparing engineered cells for cell therapy and/or predicting response to a cell therapy, e.g., engineered cells for cell therapy. In some embodiments, the methods include steps to assess, characterize and analyze changes or modifications in an epigenetic property of gene region or regions, such as chromatin accessibility, nucleosome occupancy, histone modification, spatial chromosomal conformation, transcription factor occupancy and/or DNA methylation. In some embodiments, the epigenetic and/or epigenomic analysis includes determining the epigenetic properties of a cell, e.g., an engineered cell for cell therapy.

  • Publication number: 20240163495
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for adapting a second user input device to resemble a first user input device while preserving new functionalities not available in the first user input device. The systems and methods may identify, based on identifiers of the first and second user input devices, a first and second set of device functionalities provided by the devices. The systems and methods may compare the sets of device functionalities to determine a set of common device functionalities and, in response, modify the display of an input of the second user input device to correspond to visual attributes of an input of the first user input device.

  • Patent number: 11943509
Abstract: System and methods are described to determining a recommendation for a user based on changes in objects detected on a network-connected surface. The system receives, from the network-connected surface, a plurality of object identifiers for a plurality of physically inanimate objects of different types detected on the network-connected surface, wherein the object identifiers indicate a positioning of each object; determines, based on the object identifiers, a first arrangement of the plurality of physically inanimate objects; detects one or more changes in the plurality of object identifiers, wherein the one or more changes correspond to one or more changes in positioning from the first arrangement; in response to detecting the one or more changes, determines a second arrangement of the plurality of physically inanimate objects; and generates a content recommendation based on the second arrangement.

  • Patent number: 6050579
Abstract: The running board of the present invention provide the structural integrity to withstand the static and dynamic loads to which articles of this type are normally subjected. The design of the running board in terms of its configuration, the components making up the running board, namely, the blow molded exterior shell and the foam core, have specific structural characteristics. For example, the foam core has a density in the range of 100 kg/m.sup.3 to 150 kg/m.sup.3 and has sufficient resiliency to permit the part to return to substantially its original shape following removal of a load of predetermined magnitude.

  • Patent number: 4875363
Abstract: An apparatus and method for testing the flow characteristics of molding compounds includes upper and lower mold portions movable relative to one another. The lower mold portion has formed therein a central cavity and a channel extending therefrom with scribe marks formed on a bottom wall of the channel. The upper mold portion has a complimentary raised area for cooperation with the cavity and the channel to force molding compound placed in the cavity to flow down the channel providing an indication of the flow characteristics of the molding compound. Ejector pins positioned in the bottom of the cavity and the channel are actuated by an ejector pin plate which is coupled to the upper mold portion to eject the sample when the mold portions are separated.
